I need help to delete my iCloud email account.

Where can I contact when I need to ask Apple deleting my iCloud email account? And please tell me how to remove the iCloud email from my iPhone! Thank you!

You cannot delete an iCloud account from the server, but you can remove it from your phone by going to Settings>iCloud and clicking 'Delete Account' (this does not remove the account from the server).
You should then go to http://icloud.com and delete any data there you want to, and then just ignore it.

How do I delete my iCloud email account? I do not want it. Apple now is forcing its use where before it was using my Windows Mail. for example, I have iCloud installed on my Windows 8 PC. I am sharing Contacts with my iPads and iPhones. I told you that you cannot delete an iCloud email account in my second reply, immediately after you clarified that you were referring to iCloud.com, not the Windows Live Mail application you actually mentioned in your first post. I also provided a link to instructions showing you how to restore the connection between Windows Contacts and Windows Live Mail.
I cannot help but note that it is absolutely absurd to not allow the deletion of an email account in an ISP or Cloud environment.

How can I delete my iCloud email accounts? I no longer own any apple devices and find that the email is at best unreliable. Also, I am having to deal with a good portion of daily tasteless spam content at the original @me.com address. As I no longer have any apple devices I wouldn't mind having the whole iCloud account deleted. I have already erased all of my information from the icloud.com site.

Is the iCloud email part of a separate apple id, or an apple id of its own? You can sign out of it from settings >> iCloud.
If the iCloud email address was made by turning on Mail in the iCloud prefs, you can simply go to Settings >> iCloud and turn off mail.

Can I delete an iCloud email account?

I like iCloud but it confuses the **** out of me. I want to just get rid of it and maybe start fresh later on. I switched mobile me over to iCloud (more than one email) and iCloud list the wrong one as primary. mobile me was aliases emails iCloud isn't the same .......Confused!
Another problem:
I have been told I am online using Aim or iChat, using a mobile me login. but I am not Something funky going on and for the life of me I can not square things away. I think just deleting and starting fresh would uncomplicate things on this end. Can anyone here understand what I'm trying to fix?

You can't change the icloud email address without creating a new iCloud account. You can, however, create an alias address with the correct spelling. It will operate just as your current address does, receiving email in your curren iCloud inbox. Just don't ever delete the alias or you won't be able to reactivate it. I set up Icloud and an icloud email account in outlook 2010. The calendar dates transferred to my Iphone but nothing of the emails. The only email that go to my iphone are those that go to the new Iphone email account in outlook. iCloud only "syncs" data in the iCloud account, not data in other external accounts such as Gmail, Yahoo, etc. If your email, contacts and calendars are hosted by another external account, such as Gmail/Google, you may want to not sync this data using iCloud as you would have import it all to the iCloud account in order to do so. Instead, add your external account to your iOS devices and in Settings>Mail,Conacts,Calendars>Add Account and turn on contacts and calendar syncing with your external account.

What sort of default emails? Do you mean @icloud.com versions with the same username? - that's normal. Or do you mean additional aliases? You delete these at http://icloud.com - go to the Mail page, click the cogwheel icon at top right, choose 'Preferences' then 'Accounts in the toolbar of the pane which opens. Select the alias you want to delete and click the '-' button below the list. And change your password. If it's not one of these types, what is it exactly (don't post your actual email address).

Need help setting up a new email account for my wife.

I've been trying to set up a separate email account for my wife with no success. I've gone to Preferences clicked the plus sign, it then asks for full name (my wifes'?) email address (would that be the one I pick for her or my email address?) and password- I'm assuming that's the password I use to get my email. It tells me it's checking connection to mail server and then says login to "POP failed".

New email accounts should be created and set up first with your email service provider--contact them for information about how to do that. Just making up a new address and typing it into Mail's preferences doesn't create a new email account.
Edited to add: In addition, you probably want to establish a new user account for your wife on your Mac, so that you and she have separate folders and inboxes for your mail, once she has her own account set up. Separate user accounts also mean the two of you can have separate bookmarks on your browsers, separate document folders, and so on--almost as if you each had your own computer.

I have changed from Optus to TPG (internet) and I'm having problems setting up my wife email account; we always had 2 accounts , one each.when i create the slave account on tpg website doesn't transfer into Mail. Already have my account working fine. Please somebody have some ideas?

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to block someone from emailing me or simply just delete my icloud email account (me) so this person can not email me or facetime me. it is a brand new account and I would like to start all over.

If it's a brand new account, then there should be no harm in deleting it assuming you don't have any important data saved. On the iPhone, go to Settings > iCloud > Delete Account.
You can then create a new ID at http://appleid.apple.com, then sign in to iCloud after the ID has been created.

@mac.com are no longer available, this is ture. you would had to set this up prior to MobileMe going live. an existing @mac address is still valid today.

Can I delete my iCloud email account, with was set up by mistake,without losing my pictures, books, photos, etc that have been saved to iCloud? I lost all my photos/ videos, other material when I hooked the iPad to the pc to load my pictures to the pc. I was told I should have iCloud, which I didnt before and everything worked fine. The icloud backup is using all my storage and i think i can delete, but it says i will lose all my photo syreams, etc if i delete. I want to delete the ICloud email, which I can't use or access anyway. Any help appreciated.

You should be able log out of the account via Settings > iCloud > Delete Account and you can then log back in with the updated version of your account
