Open iTunes on computer, connect iPhone to computer with USB cable. Hold both Home and Power buttons on iPhone until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode. This usually takes about 20 seconds of holding both buttons. Restore the iPhone Firmware.

I need help! I no longer have access to the email that I opened my icloud account with many years ago and I can't remember my password anyway! However it continues to backup all my stuff. But I have no access to go in and delete items or manage my account. The pop-ups now tell me that my account is full and it will no longer be able to backup items. I would like to go in and delete items that I do not need to make room, but I can't! I have personally gone into the Apple genius store and presented the problem as well as called Apple support and talked with a live person. And no one has been able to help me. I cannot believe that I have basically lost my iCloud accessibility? I have a lot of money vested in music and priceless pictures! Please can someone help me?
I don't know what you mean by "closed" - icloud accounts stay in existence even if you disconnect all devices from the account. You can't delete them.
If you don't recall the ID or the password, and if the link above doesn't provide another way to get to the account, then you are out of luck. -

Is this a 4 or 4s? What is the model number on the back? If its A1431 or A1387, it is a 4s, and does indeed have a sim tray. A1349 or A1332 will indicate an iphone 4.

I have an iphone 5s, When i checked for the avialable space it said i had over 3Gb of "Other" files in my iphone. I'v only had my iphone for three days, is it normal to have that much "other" data?
Around a gig is normal.
Also, if you tend to send/receive a lost of MMS messages, that will cause other to increase. Especially if you keep those messages. -

Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
iPad,iPod,iPod Touch Recovery Mode
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

If you mean unlock from your cellular provider, then contact them. They are the only one who can unlock the phone. -

I am living in uk at the moment and i have an unlocked iphone 4s. Each time i put a new sim in it a message appears saying ''Activation Required''. When i slide the unlock bar it asks to choose a wifi network or a mobile data network. So far this hasnt been a problem coz i always found a wifi network around me or the mobile data network worked fine. Now the problem is I am moving back to my country Bangladesh in couple of days. And back there wifi isnt a very available thingie. And mobile data network is very hard to connect. So if i put on a Bangladeshi mobile service sim in my phone how do i activate it without the wifi or mobile data network? Please some help asap would be much appreciated.

Sorry for the rant up there.. Thanks for your quick response. I couldn't get to an Apple store and can't order anything from the States that contains Lithium ION batteries -- no U.S. Postal Services will deliver these to us anymore. Target sold this to me as an unactivated Sprint phone. I never activated it through Sprint in the States and just took it to Germany with me. I updated to vs.6.0 via ITunes and without the Sprint SIM Card installed. The IPhone is now accessible (Apps, Settings, etc., to be able to check firmware, et al., settings. However, I can't tell if it's unlocked (since I upgraded the version without the Sprint SIM Card installed) until I go to the local cell phone shop and stuff in a BASE (provider) SIM card and test it out. Is there a way to tell whether or not the phone is unlocked without a SIM card in it? I don't think there is.... -
I turned off my iPhone and when i turned it back on, it went into recovery mode. When it went to recovery mode i restored it but it didnt ask me to choose backup when it finished, instead it just went back into recovery mode. I've restored it about five times already and it just keeps going into recovery mode. Anybody know how to fix this?
try using a diff computer
if you can't try creating new user account on that computer
if none works then your looking at a hardware condition... hope your warranty is still valid -
My iPhone 5s is still asking for the password in the App Store.
I just got the iPhone 5s yesterday. I setup the fingerprint scanner wich works great aside from one thing, It always asks me for my itunes password in the App Store. I have turned on the correct setting and I have updated to iOS 7.0.1. I have restrictions turned on since my kids use the phone alot. When I turn off restrictions everything works fine. This is definitely a bug. I asume apple will address this in an update soon, but has anyone found a fix for this?
It's not a bug. If restriction is on, what do you expect?
iPhone is meant for a single user, so if restrictions is set, you cannot use Touch ID to buy. -

Apple can't find it for you. You have to go to icloud.com on a computer and sign into the iCloud account that was used on the phone, then see if you can track it as described here: http://help.apple.com/icloud/#mmfc0f2442. If you don't know the password for your iCloud account you won't be able to sign in to track it.
If it was stolen, contact the police and your carrier, and change your passwords.

Fields on the master page - NOT saving in Reader!
I have forms that I've setup through Designer 7.1 and enabled through Acrobat 8. I'm currently using Reader 8 to open and fill in the forms. The fields that are on the master page (i.e., "Page ___ of ___" footer) DO NOT save, either in Reader 7 or 8.
