I need help with past purchases, as i had to return my laptop back to factory settings and lost them all

I have recently had to reset my laptop to factory setting and wasnt able to backup any of my downloads, i have tried to download my music and videos however it keeps saying that i have already downloaded them, does anyone know if i can re download them ?

You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer files/docs/pics/music/etc.
Certainly you did not restore your computer without making sure that your backup copy was up to date.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup ( not good), then you can transfer itunes purchases from an ipod: File>Transfer Purchases

Need to restore my laptop back to factory settings

Hi all - looking for some help please.
The HDD in my G575 laptop has failed - think the laptop ran out of battery during a Microsoft update, so that might be the issue.
I want to take the laptop back to factory settings. I don't have restore disks created - but I do have a loan of my friends laptop which is identical, so I can burn disks from that.
However - I am not sure how to do it. What steps do I need to take? Can anyone guide me please?

My iphone 4s is no longer detecting wifi since the ISO8 updates came out. I've restarted, rest the networks, reset the phone back to factory settings, and even tried the freezer trick. It is STILL not detecting ANY wifi networks. HELP!!!

My iphone 4s is no longer detecting wifi since the IOS8 updates came out. I've restarted, rest the networks, reset the phone back to factory settings, and even tried the freezer trick. It is STILL not detecting ANY wifi networks. HELP!!! I cannot afford to go over my data and I use wifi at home and work... I believe the updates have caused the issue, because it was working fine before the second update released (I hadn't put the first one one until I noticed it had stopped working, and by then the second IOS8 version had came out). They need to do a third update to fix this issue.

If it's grayed out:
Reset Network Settings - if that doesn't fix it, then Backup and Restore AS A NEW DEVICE.
If it's still grayed out, unfortunately that means your Wi-Fi antenna quit, and it needs service.

Sorry, due to the Terms of Use problems with jailbroken devices can't be discussed here.
You can only get help from those people who told you to modify the software, only they know what the jailbreak did to the firmware.

When you reset to factory settings, the computer is de-authorised.
In iTunes menu Store > View Account > sign in > App Store > Deauthorise All.
Once done, authorise this computer iTunes.
Note: you can only do that once a year.

HELP ME PLEASE! I Cannot re-register Photoshop CS4 atfter bringing laptop back to factory settings?!

I had to bring back my laptop to factory settings and have tried to re-load PS CS4 and now the serial number is not recognised. I have explained this to Adobe and they say they do not recognise the serial number, but they did recognise it the first time around when I initially registered it? I think it may be something to do with deactivating and reactivating between different laptops and PCs because of the licence. I cannot deactivate as I am unable to access Photoshop to do so.
I have actually found my purchase details off Amazon, as Adobe suggested, but I am unsure where I should send this information to as Adobe have not come back to me? I am based in the UK.
I am hoping that someone can please help me.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately this has not worked. I didn't have quicktime to begin with so I don't know if that makes a difference? After following the instructions, I get the "registry keys missing" problem appear again (which I've subsequently fixed again) and then when I connected the ipod I got the following message - 'Device driver software was not successfully installed'.
I've tried windows update but this doesn't do anything as '...the service is not running'.
Any suggestions?
