When I plug the Mini VGA into my TV the picture shows up but it is very small and blurry. What can I do to fix this? Thanks for an Help!

Okay, take a look at Knowledge Base Article #88396. It does sound like you are actually using the "Apple Video Adapter" and not the "VGA Adapter". The VGA adapter has a single connector with several rows of pins. The "Apple Video Adapter" has two connectors, one for s-video and one for composite video. The composite video cable is usually yellow (this would go with the red & white connectors for the audio).
Have you tried Jon's suggestion to open the Displays System Preferences and try the "Detect Displays" button? The Displays pane should give you options to choose between NTSC and PAL. Do you see these options? Is the connector plugged in securely? What do you see? Is the picture small in the middle of the screen with a black border around it? Or does the picture fill up the screen but everything is oversized? What size is the TV?
You do know that regular TVs make really, really bad computer displays, right? The iBook will only be displaying a 600 x 800 image so the Desktop will look pretty blurry if you have a TV bigger than about 12". But a DVD or the iTunes visualizations should display well.

I have recently bought a Platinum Pinnacle Dazzle DVD Recorder, this device allows me to record gameplay from my PS3 and put it onto my iMac (Capture Card) I nought the Windows version of the software and I need the iMac compatible one but I don't want to go into the shop and spend another £50 on it when I already have the Hardware. Does anyone use Dazzle too? To record their gameplay.
All I need is a Dazzle DVC100 Driver to help run the hardware. I have it connected and it all works, just need to view it on my iMac now. Any advice?
If all else fails, i'll just have to go and buy an iMac compatible one.
Also, what software would you recommend for editing, I intend on making a Montage (A video clip of my best gameplay on Modern Warfare 2 with some nice editing)

Both have plenty of transitions and there are thousands of plugins available. I don't use most of those either -the interesting tools are those for color correction, keying and compositing. Hello people. I have (had) an iPad 1 (wifi only) - which was stolen two days ago. It's locked with a passcode but I am worried that someone will be able to get into it. I've got the Find app installed on my iPhone 4S and it shows that both my iPad and stolen iPod are offline.
Q - if either the iPad or the iPod goes into an unlocked wifi area, will I be notified on my phone?
Q - can anyone actually break into my iPad as it is locked?
Q - how does iCloud work in terms of the info that's on my iPad - photos etc that I don't want to lose?

VGA is an analog signal HDMI is digital. A simple cable would not work you would need something that converts the analog signal to digital.
A search of VGA to HDMI turned up a few possibilities but nothing specific. In any case the picture on the TV will not be very good given the source.
You should check to see if the TV has a VGA input. Some TV's have a computer connection port and this is usually VGA.

Check your port for any dirt or debris. Check your system prferences, for the correct sttings
Try a PRAM reset.
Shut down your Mac.
Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Option, Command (⌘), P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
Turn on your Mac.
Immediately press and hold the Option-Command-P-R keys. You must press this key combination before the gray screen appears. Continue holding the keys down until your Mac restarts, and you hear the startup sound for the second time.

Your advice did not help me. I also installed 10.7.4 combo but the situation is the same.

Dear all, I need help with the colour profile of my photoshop CS6.
I've taken a photo with my Canon DSLR. When I opened the raw with ACDSee, the colour looks perfectly ok.
So I go ahead and open in photoshop. I did nothing to the photo. It still looks ok
Then I'm prompt the Embedded Profile Mismatch error. I go ahead and choose Discard the embedded profile option
And the colour started to get messed up.
And the output is a total diasater
Put the above photo side by side with the raw, the red has became crimson!!
So I tried the other option, Use the embedded profile
The whole picture turns yellowish in Photoshop's interface
And the output is just the same as the third option.
Could someone please guide me how to fix this? Thank you.

always use the embedded profile when opening tagged images in Photoshop - at that point Photoshop will convert the source colors over to your monitor space correctly
if your colors are wrong at that point either your monitor profile is off, or your source colors are not what you think they are - if other apps are displaying correctly you most likely have either a defective monitor profile or source profile issues

with your settings, monitor profile and source profiles sorted out it should be pretty easy to pinpoint the problem...

Anytime I select Vibrance to adjust the color of an image. The whole image turns Pink in the highlights when the slider is moved from "0" to - or + in value. Can the Vibrance tool be reset to prevent this from happening? When this happens I cn not make adjustments...just turns Pink.

Yes, that does reset to “0” and the Pink does disappear.
But as soon as I move the slider +1 or -1 or higher the image turns Pink in all of the highlights again, rather than adjusting the overall color.

ID on the Mac can produce reports that may (or may not) prove helpful in diagnosing the problem. I suspect this is something not directly related to InDesign, and maybe not to any of the Adobe apps directly since you seem to be having a problem in more than one. That often inidcates a problem at the system level.

Trigger is created (on After delete, insert action) on table A.
When insert in table B at least one row, then trigger update value to 'Y'
in table A.
When delete all rows from a table B,, then trigger update value to 'N'
in table A.
In detail report changes are visible, but the trigger replacement value is not set in session value.
How can I implement this?

You'll have to create a process which runs after your database update process that does a query and loads the result into your page item.
For example
SELECT YN_COLUMN
FROM My_TABLE
INTO My_Page_Item
WHERE Key_value = My_Page_Item_Holding_Key_ValueThe DML process will only return key values after updating, such as an ID primary key updated by a sequence in a trigger.
If the value is showing in a report, make sure the report refreshes on reload of the page.

I had created a Z table with the following fields :

VKORG
ABGRU.
I had written a select query as below :
select single vkorg abgru from ZADS into it_rej.
IT_REJ is a Work area:
DATA : BEGIN OF IT_REJ,
        VKORG TYPE VBAK-VKORG,
        ABGRU TYPE VBAP-ABGRU,
       END OF IT_REJ.
This is causing performance issue. They are asking me to include the where condition for this select query.
What should be my select query here?
Please suggest....

Need Help with the Clone Tool

I need help with the clone tool, in that when I clone (let's say grass as example), the new cloned area does NOT come out as sharp as the area selected. It comes out much softer and somewhat blurred. I have the opacity and flow both set at 100%. This is very frustrating since I can not get a true clone.

what "tip" do you have selected? where are you sampling from ( found in top option bar) ALSO make sure MODE is normal
