I need more instructions on the FCE text tool

Hi,
The manual assumes that I know all about the text viewer, but I don't. I have the text in the box, I have the color chosen, but I can't figure out the box on the right, and I don't know how to move the text.
I'm very close to a cool Stearman biplane video, (other warbirds too) but I can't figure out the static text.

Hi Jerry, the box on the right is the Canvas, it will show what your creation may look like.
To move the text, you need to keyframe it. You also have to place it on the timeline, then click the clip on the timeline, place your playhead over the clip. Then you should be able to see the text as you change along.

Need more information about the functions of each method of the classes in Workflow API's of BPEL
The Java documentation of the workflow API (especially Identity Service classes) is having a one liner explanation for the methods of each class. We need to implement our own Identity Service that implements the BPMIdentityService interface. We are not able to map the function of each methods of this interface to what our security subsystem provides. We feel that we need more detailed information about what each method of each class is doing internally so that we can map to whatever our security subsystem provides.
The BPEL Developers Guide does not talk about the functionality of each methods of this interface. If anybody can guide me to look into some documentation that has this information or if anybody has this information, then please do the necessary help.

You can delete the partition in Boot Camp Assistant or use Camptune to modify it

Return key not creating a new line when using the horizontal text tool

Going through the adobe after effects 'classroom in a book' examples - when writing a line of single line using the horizontal text tool pressing return does not create the next line underneath, the cursor stays on the same line?
Anybody out there had this problem?

My OS is windows 7. I think it is the first time I have needed to put more than one line of text in an after effects layer. I am new to CS5.5 - after effects and I'm going through an adobe tutorial 'classroom in a book' series book.
I thought about using a paragraph text box as you suggest but could not find the function in the tools menu.
I have since tried clearing the cache out and restoring default layout but with no joy.
I have used the return key for multiple line text in premier pro and it works perfectly ok.

Just sounds the ding, alert, can still slightly navigate the program but can not use any other tools after clicking warp text. I just have to open task manager and close the program. not sure if I'm doing something wrong or maybe I just need to uninstall and re install. Having trouble finding out how to uninstall and reinstall because the program came pre installed on my desktop.

It actually sounds like the warp text window is opening off screen.
Resetting the photoshop elements 10 preferences should fix it.
*Press and hold the Shift+Ctrl+Alt keys just after you start the launch of the photoshop elements 10 editor
*Keep holding the keys down until you get a dialog asking if you want to delete the adobe photoshop elements setting file
*Press Yes

Why can't I search/find text I added in a PDF with the TouchUp Text tool in Adobe Acrobat Pro 9/X?

If I use the TouchUp Text tool in Adobe Acrobat Pro 9/X to modify a text, the program can't find the added/changed text. But when I just delete letters/words in the text, the rest/changed words can be found. Is that a known problem? Is there any fix or workaround?

Preventing third parties from using the TouchUp Text Tool on generated documents

While perusing the options of Adobe Acrobat at work I had the good fortune of finding the TouchUp Text Tool. Now I am trying find a relatively simple solution in order prevent third parties from using this same tool to easily modify pdfs we create from Mac Word 2011. My research has come up with applying a password/certificate/security policy but I have been unable to figure out how to apply one of these solutions automatically to all newly generated documents.
Is there a way to automatically apply a password/certificate/security policy on every pdf that is converted from Word 2011? Preferably one that does not involve additional investment in software. Or another similar work around.

Please try to re print the document using Adobe PDF printer and make sure you embed the fonts during the conversion to new file.

Reference Book: Can I write a book in ID in which ther are two or more commentaries on the body text?

What I want to do, is to write a book with two or more commentaries.
I guess I need, either:
1) 2 or more sets of footnotes, so that the commentaries can be properly accessed from the main body text, or
2) a main "body text-box" with two other text boxes per page, and then some sort of gimmick to "tell" ID which comment is "attached" to which part of the main text, Can this be done? with scripts?

Is there some other reason why you're breaking up T1, or are you thinking that it will help performance?
There are very few reasons why one would ever want to take a table "T1" and break it up like that -- partitioning is by far a better, more correct solution.

Need more info for the ag34405 DMM VI's

I'm working with the Agilent 34405a multimeter and made a little VI for data-logging. The problem is, I want to choose between 4.5 & 5.5 resolution and the is no litterature about it. I'm using the NI drivers and VI's made for this application. There is a VI named "Configure measurement.vi" in which you could perhaps select the resolution (as the default value is 0.0001, that would be for 5.5 digits I think). I already tried to change the value from 0.0001 to 0.001 but the instrument still use the 5.5 digit measurement method.
Does somebody also know if there is more documentation as the contextual help of each VI made for the ag34405a DMM (there are more or less only default values explained, but I would need more...)?
I've attached my VI if this could help to solve this issue. Am working with LabView 8.20.

One of the things that is great about instrument drivers is the context help on each of the controls. You can turn the context help on with Ctrl+H and then hover you mouse cursor over the control. If you open "Configure Measurement.vi" and look at the help for the absolute resolution control you'll see a good description that includes:
Notes:
(1) The instrument driver ignores this parameter if the Range parameter is set to AG34405A_VAL_AUTO_RANGE_ON (-1) .
If you look at the help of the Range parameter you'll find see a similar discription with details and the following:
Defined Values:
AG34405A_VAL_AUTO_RANGE_OFF (-2) (-2.0) - Auto-Range Off
AG34405A_VAL_AUTO_RANGE_ON (-1) (-1.0) - Auto-Range On
Based on this, can you try setting the auto-range to -2 and specifying the absoulte resolution?

My system needs internet explorer for a application I need to down load, however I need to down load the latest yahoo tool bar for internet explorer to work properly and firefox will not allow the down load of yahoo toolbar. How do I fix this?

I have not used Internet explorer since downloading firefox and I need IE for a trading platform that I need to use. In order to get IE working I apparently need to down load the latest version of Yahoo toolbar, however when I try to down load the tool bar Firefox will not allow the down load of that file.

Need help in highlighting the query text in document

Hi, I am trying to load the files in the blob column and trying to create the text index on it.
i need to query the blob column in the document table with a string, which needs to return the relevant documents with the query string highlighted with some color.
Can you please help me with an example on the above.
