This driver installs the drivers for both the AMD and Intel GPU's.
Never install the standalone Intel HD graphics driver or allow Windows Update to install a newer Intel graphics driver, or the switchable graphics in your notebook will no longer function.

IdeaCentre B320 - Windows 8 64bit drivers for AMD radeon HD 7450 card

I have upgraded my recently bought B320 all-in-one to Windows 8 and now have a problem with video card drivers for HD7450 graphics card. Default Win 8's driver (named something like Windows Radeon HD7400 series ) works just fine, but it have no OpenGL support and therefor I can not run some games like Minecraft. Catalyst drivers available from AMD website can not detect the video card (probably because it have lenovo-specific oem ids?), and on lenovo downloads only 32bit drivers are available for AMD cards.
Was anyone able to get catalyst drivers working on B320 with 64bit Windows 8?
May be there is a compatible lenovo desktop or all-in-one which already have those drivers? And will Lenovo release 64bit video drivers for B320 anytime soon?

Till a better idea comes along:
Don't know if you have tried this but first thing I'd do is go to control panel/system/device manager, find the devices, right click and ask for it to update the drivers. If there are new ones around they should be found.
The only drivers Lenovo offers for the b320 are 32 for some reason and they may not be the best. I had a dead card reader, downloaded their drivers, and it did no good, asked the machine to update the driver, it did and it worked. I don't know where it found the driver but it was not lenovos download page.
Hopefully they will get some updated stuff soon. The tv software is poor at best.

I need some drivers for an HP Pavilion DV2120us

I recently did a fresh install of Windows XP and I am having a difficult time finding all of the appropriate drivers for my HP Pavilion DV2120us. I have tried every single available driver from the HP website that is available for this particular model. I do not have access to the internet on this particular computer. I'm assuming that I can't connect to the internet because I am missing some of the necessary drivers. Here is a screen shot of my device manager. Any help would be appreciated

First install the chipset driver and reboot.

Then install the video driver and reboot.

For any other devices still remaining (like the unknown device), go to the device manager and click on each device still left with the yellow ? mark.
Then click on the details tab.
Post the top string of characters.
Those will ID the type and model of the device(s) and I will post the links to the drivers you need.
It would be best if you typed them because a screen shot can take a while to clear censorship.

Download and install the amd chipset drivers and reboot. That should install the smbus and usb 3 controllers.

Satellite X200-23G - Need some drivers for Windows 7

In first place, I'm Brazilian and I have some dificulties to speak in engilsh.

I have checked the page and it seems that for Windows 7 are no drivers available. I think its why Satellite X200 is pretty old.
But from my own experience I can say that the most Vista drivers are also work on Windows 7. You should check this too! ;)

I bought recently a Lenovo G500 i7-3612QM [email protected],
4GB ram,
Windows 7 Ultimate,
Service pack 1,
64-bit Operating System and
AMD Radeon HD 8750M graphics Card.
I follwed many of the discussions for this card but without results.
I unistalled from device manager the card driver.
I unistalled all the previous ATI and AMD installations and
then I installed again avga110w7 driver.
But allways with the same message at the device manager "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)".
Now the laptop works with Standard VGA Graphics adapter.
What can I do for make work the card?
Why is it so difficult?
Can anybody help me?

Hi John,
As the application is not using the GPU, I suggest you to uninstall AMD Driver under Device Manager and make sure to put a check on the prompt asking to delete driver software. Then Check under Control Panel / Programs and Features / Uninstall any Catalyst or AMD Graphics Components.
Now install the AMD driver in the computer and then check if the same is displayed in the Device Manager, below is the link to download the driver. Then add the application using the catalyst control center as displayed in the below image.

First of all, try installing the Vista version of your Chipset installer on the link below.

I need some drivers for my CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive

I have been going through the apple site for a few hours here and I would really like to speak to a human being about this. This is not hard. I have a Pismo PowerBook G3, which I purchased online, used. Wiped the HD when I got it, installed 10.2.8. Updated iTunes to version 6.0.5. I get an error message when I try to burn a CD, missing software or incompatible drive. The drive is an apple brand drive. I am not certain where to find the serial number on it, there are a lot of numbers on it, but it can be provided if someone will tell me where to look. It's not a hardware problem, I can watch DVDs and play CDs, just can't burn. The drive says "CD-RW/DVD-ROM" right on it, and my computer is able to recognize it as such in the system profiler. I am led to believe I am missing a driver(s) that will allow iTunes to burn CDs with the drive.
It'd be great if I could get this on a disc, but if I can just download it from somewhere (willing to pay for it/them!), as long as I can burn it to a disc or download it again if I install a larger HD, that's wonderful. Or, say, I could wait on downloading it until I HAVE upgraded the HD, which I will probably do in the coming year. This would not be as wonderful, but I'm willing to do it.
Please, can somebody help me?

If you can, I'd recommend upgrading to 10.4, as it usually recognizes any 3rd party CDRW/DVD or DVD burner, without the need for Patchburn.
You can check the xlr8yourmac website for reports from Pismo (and other PB) users who have added aftermarket CD/DVD burners to their Pismos, etc.
I too love the Pismo (have had and upgraded at least 10 over the years, some for me and some for family members). The expansion bay was a great idea back in the day. I've found that most if not all aftermarket notebook, a.k.a. "slim" burners fit in the expansion bay. And the Pismo, coupled with Tiger 10.4 (I find 10.4.7 to be outstanding and haven't updated beyond it), is highly usable still today, given that big hard disks and DVD burners and 54g wifi PCMCIA cards (Airport compatible, no drivers needed: e.g. the Motorola WN825G cardbus card) have plummeted in price from a couple years ago. Too bad that compatible RAM is still expensive, as are new Pismo batteries (new, they cost more than many Pismos on eBay!).
As to brands/models, I like the Sony-Nec Optiarc AW-G540A 8x DVD burner (recognized as Master, ID=0 right out of the box, very fast, fairly quiet, priced @ $50-60) because it just works; and the UJ-8xx series DVD burners from Panasonic, which are pretty reliable (and very cheap on ebay if they're older models), because you can swap the faceplate/bezel with the original bezel from the DVD-Rom in your Pismo (if it was a Panasonic model; Apple also used LG drives).

First of all you should identify them. Therefore you must check the vendor and device ID as you can read in following article:

Drivers? You need a program to run them such as K-Jams. Then you will need to check your connections from the laptop to the monitor and make sure your settings are correct in System Preferences.

I think you have already answered this question by yourself...
As you wrote you can get all drivers on the Toshiba website and if there isnt a newer driver available you can nothing more I think. Satellite A300 isnt a high performance gaming notebook so I think display drivers are not so important.
The only way to get a newer version is that you search on external websites. Maybe you can get the desktop driver working due some modifications I dont know but be really careful!!! Other drivers dont have an overheat protection and you could destroy the graphic chip. Be really careful what you do.
Alternative you can search on the Toshiba website for other notebook models with ATI card too. Maybe there you can get a newer version

Need sound drivers for a Pavillion dv8309us running Windows 7 Enterprise 64-Bit OS. I'm getting "no audio output device is installed" error after trying various different drivers. Sometimes the driver will install and I'll reboot, but to no avail I end up with the same error and a red X over the speaker in the system tray. I've tried Realtek drivers and Conexant drivers from HP. When I run Windows upgrade advisor it recognizes the problem, but Microsoft doesn't offer a compatible driver. At this point I'm very desperate considering everything else works fine and I don't want to go back too XP Media Center. If there is anything you can do to help, it would be greatly appreciated.
