I need some help, because JAVA don´t work in browser after update 7u51 for 64bits.

... I don´t get more some sites that need to use JAVA to work.
I tried several options, but I didn´t get!!!
Java after update, it doesn´t want to work, the browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Exporer) don´t get to find update and I don´t understand what i have to do.
ps.; so sorry if my english isn´t good, but I tried. ...

Need some help with Java crashing IE.

Ok, had this problem for some time now, started when was useing microsofts java, it would crash my IE at random points whenever a java applet is running. Upgraded to sun's java but the problems still here along with errors on HD.
Changed my HD thinking that was the problem but the errors come back.
Running Win XP Pro, SP2 with IE6.

Am I just unlucky or could it be bad power input or bad RAM.

Thing which made me think it was hardware is that after I download stuff (like leaveing PC d/ling over night) after a week or so I get a load of HD errors and random program will crash.
Believe that could be a totally different problem which I've got solved, also thought I'd fixed up the java issues with installing 1.5 but appears to have came back. However rather than IE giveing an error report to send to microsoft it either locks up or the window just closes and a hs_err_pid report is created on desktop (currently have 10 of them with different numbers), all of which are 99% the same, just with different numbers in some spots.

Need some help with Java deployment

Hi everyone. I'm no stranger to Java... I've plenty of experience coding in the language, but little in actually deploying or distributing anything I write.
Java has me very confused in this respect.
For instance, say I write an applet that uses Swing or Java3D, no one can use it except me. I assume this is because I have the javax packages on my computer. Does this mean everyone who wants to use it has to download these packages? Do I have to provide them locally to the applet?
Secondly if I wanted to compile my programs fully into executables, is this possible? I've downloaded things done in java before that ran from an executable. How is this possible?

On several of my apps my iPad 2 w/ IOS 4.3.3 said I needed to update the apps and the updates were for ios4.3.3 but now the apps don't work at all after updating. They just flash on the screen but don't stay displayed. What is going on?

In my situation, the screen simply started exhibiting the same symptoms a few weeks ago (early February) for no apparent reason. At first I thought the screen was dead, but discovered the heat solution by accident. Now I turn it on and keep it from going to sleep until I go to bed. Thank goodness the battery is still awesome on this thing.
I bought it new and still has the original screen, I keep it at home (never below 62 degrees). Coincidentally, this happened a day or two after the expiration of the warranty!! Any help figuring this one out would be eternally appreciated.

WARNING: LONG POST: Needing some help with Java Prog

I hope that this forum can support enough formatting to make the source I'm going to post semi-readable... but here's the problem.
First, the program is supposed to take a positive numerical input and turn it into a numerical palindrome by reversal. It is also supposed to output the number of reversals along with the palindrome. AND, if the palindrome is going to overflow the data type (int) then, it is supposed to anticipate that, and print out the number of times that the numbers were reversed before it would overflow.
The problem that I'm having is that when I check if a number is a palindrome or not with isPalindrome(), it is fine for the first run, but after that, it just freaks out and goes into a semi-infinite loop that is only broken by the test for overflow. So, even if it finds a numeric palindrome, it keeps working until it's going to overflow.
Any ideas are very appreciated, and also, many of the print statements are missing right now because I'm trying to find the problem. There are other print statements that indicate where the execution is in the program, so just ignore them. :)

wat type of data structures should i use to implement a map with cities linking to each other.
For Example there's cities A,B,C,D,E.
City A is linked to Cities B,C,D,E.

[SOLVED] I need some help fixing CUPS, it stoped working

hello i'm new here and have been trying to figure out what happended to cups. I installed Arch yesterday and after following the wiki, i had cups working and connected to my ubuntu server( where my printer is) i printed a test page and it was working. this morning cups is not working anymore, i had turn off my computer. the cupsd daemon is in my rc.conf file, but when i do
/etc/rc.d/cupsd restart i get the following:

To get it to start on boot run:
systemctl enable cupsd
or if that doesn't work
systemctl enable cups
For some reason on my system I have to use cups NOT cups**d**
thank you. After reading up on systemd I did systemctl enable cupsd and is not working, you saved the day, the second one works (using cups not cupsd)

[SOLVED] Need some help getting the sound to work again

Recently I changed the motherboard and CPU to an AM3 platform, everything works with my previous setup except sound.
Reinstalling alsa-utils and rebooting had absolutely no effect. Google didn't help either.

Great. It took the bulk of my day trying to figure out how to get this thing to work.
VolWheel is now set to adjust "Master Front" (it was previously set to "Master" with the old motherboard) and the Sonata volume bar apparently works too, just like I wanted (adjusting the PCM volume by default). Good. Great ! Now I just need to set the "snd-hda-intel" module to load at boot so I don't have to type "sudo modprobe snd-hda-intel" all the time and this thread can be considered SOLVED.
sudo nano /etc/rc.conf
...and add the following:
MODULES="... snd-hda-intel ..."
(also removed snd-ac97-codec from the list because that's what the old mobo used)

PS: Just out of curiosity, why is it called "snd-hda-intel" ? Why intel ? The CPU is AMD, the chipset is Nvidia nForce, sound is VIA...

Need Urgent Help! iPhone 3Gs won't detect SIM after update to ios 6.1.3

So yesterday me and my sister's phone was working fine. I decided to update both of them, and when I updated, everything was reset to factory settings. Everything is running smoothly, but our phones won't detect the SIM. Either it says "No Service" or "Invalid SIM" when I turn on Airplane Mode. Urgent, please help!

I performed a backup / full reset / erase all / restore. When the phone rebooted, it appeared to be a clean, new iPhone (unnamed, no apps, no wallpaper, etc). I restored my backup and the notification is still there. I tried doing a hard reboot (home+off buttons), still there. I will attempt one more reset / erase / restore.

Help. 3D isn´t working in CS6 after update. open GL

I just updated my photoshop to the latest version provided in the application manager.
i created a 3D document in front, had no problems except 1 crash while working with 3D layers.
now it won´t let me open this psd becaus Open GL is not activated.
