Is there a complete list of the status bar icons somewhere?

I just received a Flame phone and have an icon in the status bar that I can't decipher: a "2" followed by what I think is a SIM card graphic, followed by a "!" - I have a SIM card in slot #1 but I am wondering if there is a problem with it. I checked the help pages and I don't see a topic that describes the different icons. Please let me know if I need to fix something. Thanks.

It's a bug. Means that a second Sim is not installed, but really it should not show at all.

Printing to pdf is stalled at the status bar stage under acrobat 9.5.4

I have this issue about printing to pdf. No matter what program (Word, Notepad...) I use to print to pdf by selecting the Adobe PDF option under the choices of "Print" window, this is what would happen:
1) New windown pops up OK for me to name the pdf file and location to save the file to
2) Then, the status bar of the pdf printing progress pops up. However, this progress bar would get stuck for ever, not going all the way !!!!
I have Adobe Acrobat Std 9.5.4 installed. My PC runs win7/home/64bit. I am not using AVG free anti-virus. Avira free anti-virus is running on my PC.

Hi, Thanks much for your reply. Unfortunately, it did not my issue:
1) Print to file: "Print to file" did produce a file. However, this file could not be opened by acrobat.
2) Restart AcroTray: I did this. Again, It did not solve my issue with printing to pdf. It gets stalled again in the process bar window.
What is acrobat so difficult?
Any other idea? thanks.

I have just updated my iPad2 with iOS 6.3.1. and now I am unable to access my home network. The Wi-Fi icon in the status bar is not shown.
Under settings, Wi-Fi it shows my network name and under the Wi- Fi menu, chose a Network it shows it is searching for my network by name and continues to run and run without finding the network.
Prior to updating to iOs 6.3.1 my system worked perfectly.
Can anybody help please.

1. Turn off router for 30 seconds and on again
2. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

[SOLVED]Gnome: No network icon in the status bar

So fresh install and no networking icon in the status bar.
I also opened the network connections program and it didnt show any connections. I am using eth0 to write this.
This suggests to me that a daemon hasnt been started (but doesnt necessarily explain no icon in status bar)
here is the daemon section of my rc.conf
DAEMONS=(hwclock syslog-ng network netfs crond networkmanager dbus gdm)
i added network manager as a previous attempt (on advise of someone elsewhere on the internet(cannot remember where lol))

I had already noticed the redundancy of network which was added in the install however hadnt considered the ordering

Why is the status bar purple with a microphone icon?

My status bar at the top is now purple with an microphone icon. Why is this?

This occurs when you pair your iPhone to your in car audio system and start siri. If you look at the purple header carefully you will see the siri style mic logo on the right.
To get rid of the purple bar:
1. Disconnect your iPhone from your car audio
2. Invoke siri
3. Switch siri off again without doing anything and the status bar should go back to normal.

IMO, this is the buggiest iOS update that I have seen, and I have been using iOS devices since iOS 3 on my first iPad. I realize that there are plenty of people that are not experiencing issues, but I have seen a number of weird things that I wish I could fix. None of my problems are major, but they are annoying.

An Unknown Symbol !! Does Anyone See This Icon On The Status Bar ?

I Have a SonyEricsson T650i with IRANCELL Network , After Months Yesterday night an unknown symbol turns on , on the status bar. you can see it in the picture...
I Try To Turn Off And On The Phone many times but No Changes.
I Never seen this symbol before and I Tried to google it for all sonyericsson symbols and i can't find anything.
I have downloaded the T650i's User Guid and there's nothing special about this too.
If you know something about this please help me , its very important to me.

The icon you see is indicating that a handsfree is connected to the phone. If you have not connected a handsfree and still get this icon I suggest that you update the phone software using the Update Service program. If you have not installed Update Service on your PC, you can download it from here.

Does anyone know what the status bar icon shaped like a pad lock with a 3/4 arrow circle around it means?

I have this icon in the status bar of my iphone 5c which looks like a pad lock with a circle arrow arond it and I can not find its meaning anywhere in the manual. Any ideas?

HT1386 i got a refurbished phone to replace broken; synced with icloud no problem. But when syncing with itunes, it finds the apps and any other items that still need to be synched but i have had the phone plugged in for over 5 hours and the status bar s

It's like BullJ says, if it's a JLabel you sure can. A status bar is not a Swing feature, you would have to implement it your self (e.g. using a JLabel). So it all depends on the component you're using.

The status bar on my Palm TX no longer is working

The status bar on my Palm TX no longer is functional with the stylus. I have tried realigning the screen with the Pref/Touchscreen app; doing soft resets; and doing hard resets. I have, also, removed the screen protector. All with the same result: The status bar will not function. Any suggestions of how I can try to repair it myself.

Is it just the status bar only, or the bottom of the screen? Are all the icons present, or have some disappeared? There are some files for the T3 only that will remove some of the icons from the TX. You might try searching for AppSlipRotate.prc, and StatusBarLib.prc on your device. If present, delete them!
It also sounds like your digitizer might be failing. Repairs at fair prices can be found at usedpdaparts.com and directfix.com.
