I need to cancel my year subscription

I just want to cancel my year long subscription to Creative Cloud. It's within the first 30 days. I can't find a way to do this and everything points me in circles and tells me to contact customer support but I can't find a form to do that.

Go to your Adobe account page, and select "My subscriptions and services".
If you would rather contact customer support, go to the customer support page, select Creative Cloud from the product list, and then select "Managing my memberhsip, subscriptions, and online services" from the next dropdown menu. To live chat with customer support, click the button labeled"I still need help" that will appear at the end of this process.

    Hi I need to cancel my subscription which will end in Feb 2015 so I owe you half of 3 months payment, how and where can I send you the payment.  I closed my business and have to sell off my assets including pcs and macs. for personal reasons.   I also need to close my credit cards as well.

    With an Acrobat annual subscription, it is necessary to contact Customer Care. But with an ExportPDF subscription, such as you have, you can cancel yourself. Instructions are in the "Cancel a month-to-month Acrobat subscription, or Document Cloud PDF services subscription" section in the document that I linked to.
    I would be happy to cancel it for you, but the order currently shows as processing, so I can't act on it just yet. Once payment processing is complete, I can take care of it for you.

    I have went in circles with the instructions on cancelling my subscription. I have now been on hold on the Chat Window for some time now. Still holding, actually. Sadly, I have to publicly beg to have my subscription cancelled.
    I just simply would like to cancel my brand new yearly subscription. I had called customer support the instant I recieved my letter in the mail warning me about the hack. The customer service rep and I had an enormous language barrier. I requested to be cancelled and now it's clear that he did NOT understand what I was asking. I recieved notification that I had been billed another month.
    While the printed date on my letter said it was on Oct. 10th, I did not recieve this letter until well into my second month and past my 30 day refundability of my subscription in November. My subscription began on Sept. 30th. I will have no choice now but to pay the 50% cancellation penalty.
    Please, people of India, I just want to cancel my subscription before my next billing cycle. I do not wish to be paranoid over my credit report with Adobe's breach of contract to all of their customers. Their solution to this enormous problem is counterproductive. Adobe is asking everyone to forgive them by sending us all to another slaughterhouse of digital information databases primed for hacking again. Signing up for these credit bureas to guard my information is worse than if I just handed my social security and banking information over to the hackers themselves.

    Please Contact Customer Care; an agent will be able to help you cancel your Acrobat subscription (I'm able to cancel Acrobat.com subscriptions, but don't have the appropriate access to cancel annual Acrobat subscriptions).

    I really hate to sound desperate, but I've hit hard financial times and I can't pay for the subscription when I don't need it. I know this is probably to be done on an individual basis, buuuuuut it DOES say you guys have people on here 24/7, so I figure I'll give it a shot.
