I agree. I personally just want to downgrade to a single-app account, and the company makes this almost impossible to do. Is this even legal?

  • I really need to cancel my student subscription with Creative Cloud, help please!

    I really hate to sound desperate, but I've hit hard financial times and I can't pay for the subscription when I don't need it. I know this is probably to be done on an individual basis, buuuuuut it DOES say you guys have people on here 24/7, so I figure I'll give it a shot. I have two months left on my account but I don't think I'll need it, so if one of you wonderful people could help me out of this little issue, that'd be great.

    Go to your Adobe account page, and select "My subscriptions and services".
    If you would rather contact customer support, go to the customer support page, select Creative Cloud from the product list, and then select "Managing my memberhsip, subscriptions, and online services" from the next dropdown menu. To live chat with customer support, click the button labeled"I still need help" that will appear at the end of this process.

    So only completed 2 months of my yearly subscription to Creative Cloud but my business has gone bust and the tax man is demanding his money too and I need to sell my Mac.  So I am wondering is there any way to cancel my monthly subsciption?

    You can cancel, but Adobe will charge you a pro-rated amount based on (I think) what it would cost if you had used the month by month option. So for 2 months you would have been charged $150 so taking out what you've already payed, $60, you're out should cost you $90. Check with Adobe though, that pro-rate formula might be different from what I remember reading.
