I need to change my security question, but my e-mail won't change?
I need to change my security questions, but my rescue e-mail is not correct. I've tried changing it, but it won't change on the security questions. So now, whenever I send it, it's going to some e-mail that's not mine and not getting to me! Help?
You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I deleted my email that I originally signed up with and I recently added my current email, I also need to reset my security questions but I can't because it's stuck on my old email.
Sign out and back into your apple id from Settings>iTunes and App stores>(Your apple ID)>Sign Out and then sign in again with the new address. Close app store from running in the background (or restart the phone if your unsure how to do this). If when trying to update any apps they are still asking for the old apple ID, delete and re-install those apps.

ThanksThe page that you posted from tells you how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should let you reset them.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

iTunes wont let me download any music and I have over $20 on my account. It says I need to answer my security questions but I don't know the answers. When I try to send an email to the rescue email, it doesn't work. It says the email starts with an "h" but none of my emails start with an "h". I also don't know how to edit the email. The new questions show on your account on http://appleid.apple.com ? If they do then try logging out and back into your account on your phone (assuming that is where you are trying to purchase from) and see if the new questions then show on it.

If you've forgotten the answers, you can't do that yourself. Click here, tell the iTunes Store staff that you can't call, and see what they say.

The 'send reset info' only shows if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. About Apple ID security questions
Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com).
Select “Manage your Apple ID” and sign in.
Select “Password and Security” on the left side of the page.
If you already have security questions, you'll be asked to answer them before continuing. Forgot the answers?
Choose your new security questions, then enter the answers.
Add and verify a rescue email address, if that option is available.
Click Save.

If all else fails:
1. Go to: Apple Express Lane;
2. Under Product Categories choose iTunes;
3. Then choose iTunes Store;

Another user had success doing the following:
I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
"done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.
