I need to change the security questions but there is no option in the "password and security" option to reset them .......what should i do ???
i need to change my security questions because i forgot the answers to them ...... plus in the "password and security" option in the "manage account" department where the questions are asked , there is no option to reset the questions so how do i do it ????

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Start here (change country if necessary) and navigate to 'Password and Security', reset your security questions using the link provided, you will receive an email to your rescue address, use the link in the email and reset your security questions.
If that doesn't help, you don't receive a reset email or you don't have a rescue address, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support. -
I am trying to reset my answers to my security questions but it is not sending me the email to do so.
You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

Write down your security questions.......
Here is what you should do if you do not remember the answers to your Apple ID security questions:
Try answering them at least once to see if you can get them right, even if you are not sure you remember the answers to your security questions.
If you are confident you can't remember them, try one of the following:
If you have three security questions and a rescue email addresssign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to send an email to your rescue email address to reset your security questions and answers.
If you have one security question and you know your Apple ID passwordsign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to reset your security question.
If you have one security question, but don't remember your Apple ID passwordcontact Apple Support for assistance. Learn more about creating a temporary support PIN to help Apple confirm your identity when you contact Apple Support.
Note: If you have forgotten your password and answer your security questions incorrectly too many times in a row, you will be unable to try to answer your security questions for a period of time. During that time you will not be able to reset your password and will not have access to your account.

when trying to download apps, it's telling me to choose 3 security questions, but won't let me view the 3rd question, can anyone help plz ?
Reboot your iPad and then see if you can set the security questions.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. -
Installed iTunes on Win 7. Everything is there except when I hook up my phone the mene has all the active buttons, but there's no lettering on the screen to see what they are

The effect is usually caused by trouble with the Segoe UI fonts on your system. Unfortunately it's a bit trickier to deal with on Windows 7 systems than Vista or XP. (The "Vortical" instructions which can fix it for almost all folks on Vista and XP aren't applicable to Windows 7.)

I am trying to log on to iwork but it keeps saying that my password is incorrect. I have already reset it and entered my new password and it still is not working. what should i do?
I really can't comprehend the logic that leads to believe that password for old apple id will come to e-mail for new id. Buy may be I just misunderstood something. Contact Apple for assist with password retrieval. If you can verify yourself as account owner they may be able to help you.

I've been trying to remember my security questions for ages, and I can't seem to remember them. On my Apple ID I have changed my alternate email address because the previous one was deleted, but when I go on the "Password and Security" page on my Apple ID and there is a link saying "Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to ************@*******.com" but it is giving me my old email that does not match my current one on my Apple ID and no longer exists. I have been trying for very long to recover my security questions' answers, but Apple is not coping with me.
Has anyone been through this or knows how to help me?

I am using a new laptop and wish to make a purchase, quite correctly have been prompted to answer ID Security question but it is impossible to click on the page location to provide the answer...it's getting hard to spend my money with I tunes...help!

Thanks for that but no joy, I got a call from an apple support agent and reset my id with security questions
but when i went back to purchase a song they were still incorrect and have now been locked out of my account, i have sent an email to apple to try and resolve, A couple of my friends are having the same problem since they downloaded the latest version of i tunes. -

i´ve had the same problem month ago, with keynote, pages a.s.o., after trying it with the update function in the store-no result- i-d got a new. file number-to load it- send by an i-tunes member (support-call).
But at first they needed the product-number of my first pages-disc/iworks.
