I'm trying to convert a pdf file to a word document, so i tried to use adobe reader and it asked me to sign up, i tried to sign up and it told me i couldn't purchase it (the adobe export pdf pack) since it is not available for my country. what do i do??

Over time Adobe does add more choices, but in your specific case there are no options for any Adobe Store purchases, so I don't expect it will change anytime soon. Acrobat.com services aren't available through resellers.

It sounds as though you just need to install the latest Reader update. Please choose Help > Check for Updates in Reader and install the latest update. An update to Reader 11.0.07 resolves this sign-in issue.

I am trying to convert a pedigree chart so I can put it in my family's genealogy book. I need to make some corrections on it. It was created on a MAC and I am on a PC. This may be part of the problem. I am on Windows 8 on a 1-year old Samsung computer laptop. I have Adobe Reader XI on it. It says that I can convert a PDF to an Excel or Word file for editing.
It looks like computer code to me.

If you're trying to log in via Adobe Reader, please try logging in via a web browser instead. Clear the browser cache, and then log in directly to https://cloud.acrobat.com using a supported web browser (see System Requirements | Adobe Acrobat Pro and Online Services).

I'm trying to convert a PDF file to Word by using Adobe ExportPDF online. The file uploads okay and then the screen says it is converting - but it simply keeps displaying the "working" logo and never actually finishes. Any thoughts as to why this is so?

I have just upgrade the creative cloud CC version and upgrade the acrobat pro to XI version.
when I convert a pdf file to word format, it show the error "Save As failed to process this document. No file was created."
Actually, I have delete the image, use other pdf file and download a sample pdf file to test it. Same error is shown. I have try all the other format , like the excel, rtf, text, powerpoint, still same thing happen.
Please show me what else I can do to fix this problem.

Part of the problem in helping is likely that there is no program Adobe -- that is the company name. You are in the Acrobat forum, but it sounds like you have subscribed to Export PDF or such, a different program. The subscription to Acrobat is currently $19.99 per month.
