I've used Entourage since it first came out about 2000-2001 and haven't encountered that error. I doubt you are going to find too many of us Entourage users here. You best shot at fast help are the Microsoft Office:Mac forums here:

They are very helpful, but be sure to state your version of Office when you post.
I note you are running OS10.6. Is that correct? If so, you don't have a PowerMac--must be an newer Intel Mac of some sort.

Need to use x509 certificate for a SMTP server

Hello everybody,
if I want to send e-mail from a location different than my company builing, my company SMTP server requires authentication with my peronal x509 certificate.
I had no problem using Thunderbird, but I would like to use OS X Mail.
I installed the x509 certificate into the keyring, and in fact I can send digitally signed emails, but I was not able to find how to tell Mail to use my x509 certificate to authenticate myself to the SMTP server.
Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

Browsers such as iCabMobile and Atomic allow you to choose how the device identifies itself to a website. IE is one of the options. However, if the reason you need IE is for something like ActiveX, it's not going to work.

Need to copy a file for client

I guess when I bought this a couple of months ago I didn't think I needed a CD burner. Now I have a file with 88 senior pics I need to deliver and no cd to burn them to.

Get an external usb optical drive. Any will work. Or, use a usb flash/thumb drive. Or, email the files to the client. Or, upload the files to an online storage area such as iCloud, GoogleDrive, SkyDrive, or similar online storage. There are many.

Quality Certificate for Outgoing (Delivery)

Dear QM Gurus,
            Here I am having one scenario where I need to print test certificate for delivery considering inspection characteristics of a finished material and semi finished material at different BOM levels.
Ex:
Finished Material :           FERT001
SemiFinished Materials : HALB001, HALB002 & HALB003.
Raw Materials:                ROH001 and ROH002
Process: FERT001 produced using HALB003 Produced using HALB002 produced using HALB003 Produced using ROH001 and ROH002
     At HALB003 we are going to capture some characteristics and FERT001 I will capture some other characteristics, Now at the time of delivery I want to print both(FERT001 and HALB003) inspection characteristics results in Certificate.
    Except FERT001 for all other materials batch is maintaining(No batch Characteristics) for tracking purpose.
    I tried some standard procedure like assigning both material in quality certificate and all MICs relevant for both materials. Result origin and inspection spec origin as 03 and Material sort no as 2 where i maintained this material in Materials sequence.
   With all the above mentioned settings I tried but I con't able to print the characteristic results of HALB003 in test certificate I can able to get only FERT001 Insp Characteristics only.
Please help me in getting it done, it is critical requirement for our client.

use batch dervivation to get all HALB char data into FERT batch abd then print the delivery of that batch. try and come back

Issuing certificates for user and clients from different forest/domain

at first I would like to say that I have made some researches on this forum and in the Internet overall.
I have AD Forest with ~10 sites all over the Europe, DFL and FFL is 2008 R2, right now we are migrating site by site from old domain (samba) to AD.
Last time I have deployed PKI based on offline root CA and 2 Enterprise acting as 2-node Failover Cluster.
Everything in my AD Forest is OK, I mean, autoenrollment works perfect for users and computers from my forest,
now I need to deploy a certificate (for test) to one web-based pbx server in samba domain, there are no trusts etc. Samba domain as well as AD Forest are working on the same network, with routeable subnets in each site, so there is no problem with connectivity,
What are possible way to achieve this goal? I mean to issue cert to client from different forest, so that this client is able to validate it, validate certificate chain and renew it when needed?
I have Installed and Configured CE Web Service and CE Policy Web Service. Now I have configured Enrollment Policies on my virtual machine (being part of different domain), I selected username/password authentication, I am able to request certificate, I can
see all templates which I should see, but when I try to enroll I got an error:

My root CA cert is added to trusted publishers for computer and user node as well.

Certificate for the ObUserSession constructor in Java

I have a custom access Gate and need to use a certificate for the ObUserSession to authenticate with my Access Server. How do I obtain and pass the certificate to OBUserSession constructor to instantiate the ObUserSession I need to procede with authorization attempts? I'm using Java.

Can yoiu tell me what are you trying to do with Custom Access Gate and the need for user cert?

Need certificates for employee error.

I went to the midnight release for call of duty. I preordered the game weeks in advance. The employee told me I couldn't have gamers club unlocked and preorder bonuses. She then said she cancelled my preorder. Which she did not.
I need $15 in reward certificates to make up for this error. The game was purchased using only gc unlocked so I got no credit for my $5 preorder and no $10 for preordering and picking it up. You can review my purchase history if you needbe. I went and picked up halo a week later and everything went smooth. I just need $15 in certificates that I should have been given. Thank you.

Need suggestion for ISE distributed deployment model in two different data centers along with public certificate for HTTPS

I am bit confused about ISE distributed deployment model .
I have two data centers one is DC & other one is as a DR I have requirement of guest access service implementation using CWA and get public certificate for HTTPS to avoid certificate error on client devices :
how do i deploy ISE persona for HA in this two data centers
After reading cisco doc , understood that we can have two PAN ( Primary in DC & Secondary in DR ) like wise for MnT (Monitoring will be as same as PAN ) however I can have 5 PSN running in secondary i.e. in DR ISE however I have confusion about HA for PSN .. since we have all PSN in secondary , it would not work for HA if it fails
Can anybody suggest me the best deployment solution for this scenario ?
Another doubt about public certificate :
Public Certificate: The ISE domain must be a registered or part of a registered domain name on the Internet. for that I need Domain name being used from customer .
Please do correct me if I am wrong about certificate understanding :
since Guest will be the outside users , we can not use certificate from internal CA , we need to get the certificate from service provider and install the same in both the ISE servers
Can anybody explain the procedure to opt the public certificate for HTTPS from service provider ? And how do i install it in both the ISE servers ?

Hi there. Let me try answering your questions:
PSN HA: The PSNs are not configured as "primary" or "secondary" inside your ISE deployment. They are just PSN nodes as far as ISE is concerned. Instead, inside your NADs (In your case WLCs) you can specify which PSN is primary, which one is secondary, etc. You can accomplish this by:
1. Defining all PSN nodes as AAA radius servers inside the WLC
2. Then under the SSID > AAA Servers Tab, you can list the AAA servers in the order that you prefer. As a result, the WLC will always use the first server listed until that server fails/gets reloaded, etc.
3. As a result, you can have one WLC or SSID prefer PSN server A (located in primary DC) while a second WLC or SSID prefer PSN server B (located in backup DC)
Last but not the least, you could also place PSNs behind a load balancer and that way the traffic would be equally distributed between multiple PSNs. However, the PSN nodes must be Layer 2 adjacent, which is probably not the case if they are located in two different Data Centers
Certificates: Yes, you would want to get a public certificate to service the guest portal. Getting a public/well known certificate would ensure that most devices out there would trust the CA that signed your ISE certificate. For instance, VeriSign, GoDaddy, Entrust are some of the ones out there that would work just fine. On the other hand, if you use a certificate that was signed by your internal CA, then things would be fine for your internal endpoints that trust your internal CA but for any outsiders (Guests, contractors, etc) that do not trust and do not know who your internal CA is would get a certificate error when being redirected to the ISE guest portal. This in general is only a "cosmetic" issue and if the users click "continue" and add your CA as a trusted authority, the guest page would load and the session would work. However, most users out there would not feel safe to proceed and you will most likely get a lot of calls to your helpdesk :)

You'll have to either call AppleCare...they'll have a record, or go back to the Genius bar where your phone was replaced.

Can you please elaborate on what you mean by "unable to obtain a receipt"? Are you not able to see the invoices for your payments? Or are you unable to print them? It sounds like you have followed the steps outlined here: Print a payment receipt or invoice | Creative Cloud--can you tell me what you do see when you look at the subscriptions listed on your account?
