I need to deactivate 4 Adobe products

Hello, sorry for my poor English, i am spanish. I have to format a computer that probably has a windows problem. Before I do that, i need to deactivate the four acrobat products i have installed. The four products are: Indesign, Dreamweaver and Photoshop CS6. The last one is Acrobat professional 11.
The Photoshop and the Indesign ones have enabled in the help menu the option Deactivate. That's ok.
But i have a problem with Acrobat 11 and Dreamweaver, i cant deactivate them cause the Dramweaver has the option "Deactivate" disabled, and the Acrobat professional has no option.
Please i need a quick solution to format that computer and reinstall the software in the same machine (changing the hard disk), in order to free the licenses.

    To deactivate Acrobat from your machines ,you could simply uninstall the software from both the computer and it will automatically deactivate the software.

    Covering all developer/developing issues is very broad.
    LC Designer is part of the LiveCycle suite. Which components you need from the suite will depend on your environment, your workflow, and how you want to process the data.

    If you wanted to create forms and use Reader to interact with the form, then the minimum specification would be:
    LC Designer
    Adobe Reader
    However there would be restrictions in the functionality (eg you could not save the form in Reader as it would not be Reader enabled).
    If you want to Reader enabled the form in Acrobat Standard v9 or Acrobat Pro v8, then you will need Acrobat as well. This will unlock some of the features.
    If you want users with Reader to have full access to all features (as if the form was opened in Acrobat) then you will also need LC Reader Extensions ES2. You would use this to Reader enable the form before you deploy it.

    Other components in the LC suite provide other functionality such as digital signatures, rights management, etc. You should talk directly with the Adobe sales rep in your geographical location.

    I was injured/blown up by a suicide bomber in Iraq.  I have a brain injury.  I am no longer the sharpest knife in the draw.  My brain does not follow along like it used to, and I need someone with some patience to help me go through some Adobe proucts to that I may learn them, and yes.. I can learn them... if someone will help me.  The tutorials are exceedingly difficult/impossible for me to follow and make my head want to come from together.

    You can activate a product in maximum two computers. Hence, in order to activate a product on third computer, first you need to deactivate the software in the previous computer.

    Hi Dave,
    You are not getting the deactivate option as it might be possible that Acrobat was installed with volume license serial key.
    If the deactivate option is not available then please go ahead and uninstall the program.
    After reformatting the drive, re install the software.

    My intention is not to clean reinstall Adobe CC, but my OSX operating system, which will reformat my HD. I will then reinstall ALL my apps including CC, which I expect to be straightforward. The question was really about deactivation.

    No, You dont have to uninstall any of your older Version of Adobe products. You can simply download the latest version of Adobe Applications using Adobe Application Manager.

    A single user license provides for having it installed and activated on two machines.
    If you are unable to deactivate on the broken machine then you need to contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations.  If you do this before installing and activating on the new machine you can save yourself the problem of reactivating it.

    What is Activation?
    When you purchase an Adobe product, your license allows you to install on two computers. To enforce this limit (and prevent others from using what you have paid for), your serial number comes with two Activations. Your Adobe product contacts the Adobe activation servers and lets us know that you are using the product on a specific computer (using an anonymous, unique machine code).     Often you will find yourself in a situation that a computer has crashed and you had an activated Adobe product on that system. Depending on how much you use the Adobe product, this could be a major issue. If you have crashed your first computer and have not yet installed on a second, then there is nothing to worry about, simply install and use the product as normal. Obviously you can't uninstall and deactivate the product on the dead computer. At this point, you will have to contact our customer service department to have your activations cleared up from the back-end servers. This should be a very quick, painless process to accomplish.     I think there may be a misunderstanding on your part. The CDs that you receive as part of Developer Suite do not actually contain "updates" to a previously installed version of LabVIEW; they are stand-alone installers. Every quarterly shipment of the Developer Suite CDs contains the full version of LabVIEW, along with the included toolkits and other National Instruments software.
    In other words, if you have any set of Developer Suite CDs, you can start a new install of LabVIEW et al. immediately. You don't need any so-called "original" CDs.

    you should deactivate (help>deactivate) that installation on the old workstation.  then download and install on your new work station using your serial number.  (ie, make sure you can find your serial number - if you need help with this, let us know.)
