I need to deactivate a trial of CS6 Design Standard

I have recently purchased a copy of CS6 Design Standard Student Version.
I have downloded the trial version from the website, however my original mac corrupted and had to be returned. I now need to download the software for my replacement mac but am unable to.
Can anyone advise how I can do this??

You can download the trial at http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=design_standard. You may want to consider burning the install files to a DVD or copying them to an external hard drive in case you need them again in the future.

Trial Version of CS6 Design Standard Won't Activate

have been having some issues with activating a trial copy of CS6 Design Standard for testing for my employer. I had some big issues with actually downloading the software getting a Error:100 code. I had to download it from home to bring it in thinking that maybe it was a firewall block even though we have Adobe products currently.
Now, after installing the trial software, I attempt to execute the program and requires me to sign in. I attempt to do this, but I get an error that I cannot connect. I went through some of the online support pages such as clearing out the host file, making sure that I have a Global cert enabled, etc. I'm still not able to connect. I checked with IT and they were able to get through the https: sites that was part of the steps. Our firewall is NOT blocking any Adobe sites.
Any suggestions? I am needing this trial so that I can present this to my superiors.

Well, maybe so, but something is being filtered/ blocked. This could be anything from a misconfigured router to actually your newtworks NAT an VPN tunneling. Unless you do some very deep diagnosis, I'm afraid you won't be able to get to the bottom of it. Do some traceroute and ping testing or use a network monitoring tool like Wireshark.

Trying to Serialize Trial version of Adobe Cs6 Design Standard on Mac

We have created a Trial package of Adobe Cs6 Design Standard using AAMEE 3.1 latest version. We followed the guidelines outlined in

However when we try to Run the Command in terminal "AdobeSerialization --tool=VolumeSerialize --provfile=Absolute_Path_of_prov.xml" we get an error which states AdobeSerialization command not found. Am I missing something here while running the command? Serialization workflow creates a output folder containing AdobeSerialization executable file and a prov.xml file. Can't we run the executable directly without using any command on Mac? We are in the process of using this workflow in order to streamline the licensing in enterprise. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,
If you are getting the "Adobeserialization command not found" error, it is not able to find the AdobeSerialization at the path you have mentioned. You should give the path of the folder where the AdobeSerialization is kept on your machine. Please retry it and let us know in case of any error. Return code of zero means success.
If you are using AAMEE 3.1 and if you use imaging, you need got go through the route of creating the trial package, deploying the trial image and then serializaing the client machines using serialization executable after deploying the trial packages on client machines. The machine-to-license binding is removed in AAMEE 3.1, so you just need to create a serialized packge using AAMEE 3.1, take its image and deploy it on client machines. The licensing will not break on client machines and everything will work fine. So there is no need to create a serialization executable.
If you have already created a master machine (the machine whoose image is created and deployed) with Adobe products installed in trial, create a serialization executable and run it on the master machine using the command line -
AdobeSerialization --tool=VolumeSerialize--stream --provfile=Absolute_Path_of_prov.xml
where
--tool=VolumeSerialize specifies that the tool needs to process the prov.xml file to serialize.
--provfile specifies the absolute file path to the prov.xml file,
By default, the tool looks for the prov.xml file in the same directory as the executable file and so
typically you do not need to specify this option. (Specify this option only if the prov.xml file is in some other location.) .
This will serialize your trial products and you can take its image and deploy it on client machines. Again, the licensing will not break on client machines and there is no need to run the serialization executable on all client machines seperately.
if you have already deployed Adobe products on client machines in trial mode, you need to serialize all the machines using the AdobeSerialization tool. Please run this tool with command line -
AdobeSerialization --tool=VolumeSerialize --provfile=Absolute_Path_of_prov.xml.
This will serialize the Adobe Products.
While taking the above routes, make sure that the package is created using AAMEE 3.1 only. The machine-to-license binding of CS6 is removed only in AAMEE 3.1 release version. This will not work for packages created using AAMEE 3.0 or AAMEE 3.1 beta version.

Need help with installing CS6 Design Standard

Hi all,
Bought CS6 Design standard as a download from Currys the other day. I have a list of 4 files to download.
First one is a PDF to tell me how to activate my student software.
Second is a download .exe file for design standard
Third is another .exe for illistrator content installer
Fourth is another .exe for indesign and incopy content installer.
I've donwloaded all 4 files and once i've clicked on the two content installers i then click on the design standard .exe file and up comes this error message "the file archive part of adobe cs6 design standard is missing. you need all parts in the same folder in order to extract adobe cs6 design standard. please download all parts."
As google automatically places all the download items into the downloads folder, I'm assuming I've done the correct thing and placed them all in the same folder.
I have read that you need to extract a .72 folder or something. however i cannot see that on my downloads list.
Please could someone help, or is this a case of taking my laptop into currys and demanding someone to help me??

you should contact your vendor to see where that 7z file is.
btw, it should not be manually extracted. the exe will extract the 7z file's contents.

CS6 Design Standard , clone, migration tool, trial mode (urgence)

Hi all and sorry for this question.
I clone on a external disk my MacBook Pro (OSX 10.7) with Super Dumper .
Then i have istalled OSX 10.8.2 and imported all data and applications with the migration tool during the installation.
My problem is that now my CS6 Standard Edition Suite is in trial mode.
I have a Box CS6 Design Standard licence - i have to re-insert my serial number?
Why Apple Migration Assistant not transfer also the data of licence?
It is normal or it's clone that is bugged?

Adobe applications should be installed, not migrated. I suggest the cleaner tool be used to uninstall all of it and then re-install the software properly.

Do as it says: Put your downloaded 7z file and the *.exe in a proper folder, not just dump it onto your desktop or whatever.

Trial CS6 design standard

I´m tring to download an Adobe CS6 design standard,
I went to donwload
I selected Creative Suite 6 Design Standard
In Donwload a free trial of Creative Suite 6 Design Standard, i made a click in Download Now.
After donwload the AdobeDonloadAssistant, it was installed.
I had to signed on.
but when I find the Creative Suite 6 Design Standard it doesn´t appear.
I would like to know what can I do to download it.

There's no problem with the downloader. I was able to download Illustrator without a problem. I did this by selecting the download from within the Download Assistant. I could start the download for Photoshop in the same app and menu. But they didn't accept my serial number.
The problem I was still encountering is that the Design Standard Suite is not available for download in the app. You can download the separate apps, Design Premium or even the Master Collection but Design Standard is not in the list (in the app!)

I am trying to run my registered CS6 Design Standard programs for the first time after install. InDesign runs OK, but Illustrator and Photoshop will only run in trail mode. How do I activate those two?

I can't get my registered versions of CS6 Photoshop and Illustrator to run in full mode. I installed CS6 Design Standard online end of June (an upgrade from CS5.5), on my old MacBook Pro. I didn't run the programs then as I was waiting on arrival of new MacBook Pro. I migrated the programs from my old MacBook to the new, and today tried to run those programs for the first time. InDesign work OK (after an initial hiccup) but Illustrator and Photoshop will only run in trial mode, and won't let me save files. My CS6 Design Standard shows with it's registration in my Adobe Account. All seems in order, but Illustrator and Photoshop won't run in registered mode. Can you please help?

Please use the uninstallers to remove your current installation. They are located in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder. Once the uninstall is complete you will also want to run the CC Cleaner Tool. CS6 Design Standard on iMac, second machine

I have a DVD of CS6 Design Standard, student licensing, which I have had for almost a year. I originally had it on my MacBook Pro, but now I have an iMac and would like to install it there too. I have been unable to find a clear answer as to whether I can license it on two machines with a student license, but from what I understand I supposedly can...? Obviously, my iMac has no optical drive, so, following the instructions I saw on other threads, I tried downloading trials from CC but when I tried to license them, it said that my serial number is not valid for CC. Not sure if this is because I need a different version of CS6 to license, or because I'm not actually allowed to have it on more than one machine... Help?

You are allowed two activated installations. You can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

Using Adobe CS6 Design Standard license on three computers?

I bought Adobe CS6 Design Standard a few months back. I had installed it on one mac and one Windows PC, both of which are my personal home computers. I am buying another MacBook. Can I install the same license number on the new Mac also, making it a total of three machines? I know Adobe allows you to use it on two computers at once. But is it Ok to have it on third one also? I am sure I will never use more than two machines at one time.

You can install it on as many machines as you like, but it can ever only be activated on 2 of them. Of course you can deactivate and activate as needed occasionally, but in the long run this may get tedious...

Cs6 design standard not an option in download assistant

i am trying to download cs6 design standard but the only option i have is cs6 design and web premium in adobe download assistant. can somebody tell my where the design standard option is?

You need to initiate the download from trial page at http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=design_standard. Also if you have purchased Design and Web Standard from Adobe and chosen the download option then you can follow the directions at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1006208?tstart=0&promoid=KBHJQ to download the software from your account.

Missing Acrobat X after downloading CS6 Design Standard

I successfully downloaded CS6 Design Standard however, Acrobat X Pro did not download. All other programs have downloaded. Can you help?

as you can see there still are no options for 'activate' and 'deactivate' under the help sub menu. The program opens fine and I can use it as expected. All we really want to know is why Acrobat X Pro didn't download and install with our initial purchase. This version seems to work but we don't know if it's a trial or the full version.

Upgrade to CS6 Design Standard problems

I bought CS5 Design Standard on March 30, 2012 so I applied for the free upgrade to CS under the "Claim your complimentary CS6 Upgrade" program (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/upgrade-policy-produ ct-announcement1.html). I got an e-mail saying I was approved. Under "My Adobe", it showed a receipt for the free upgrade with an order #. There is a link on the receipt page to download the upgrade but when I click on the link it said I have no download. I contacted cutomer service a couple of times (phone and chat) and finally I got an e-mail with a serial number for CS6 Design Standard and it said to click on the download link on the receipt. But now the receipt that was there is gone and I can't download anything. I contacted customer service again (chat) and they said it should be up in 24 hours. It's been a week now and I contacted them again (response to open support ticket) and no answer now. I thought I would download the free trial and use the serial number I got but I can only find a download for CS6 Design Premium, not Standard. SO, where can I get a download for CS6 Design Standard or an upgrade to the same from CS5?? I have a serial number from Adobe but no place the download the program.
I went ahead and registered the CS6 serial number I got from the [email protected] e-mail and now it shows up as a registered product. It shows:
ADOBE DESIGN STANDARD 6 Win June 30, 2012
with the serial number underneath.
I looked around to see if a download link would show up now, but I still can't find anything. Any ideas?

Just bought the perpetual license online - student-teacher version. Received email confirming my eligibility and followed all instructions to a 't', but still got this 413 error message, and cannot continue.
Would anyone be able to help me?
Or how can I get in touch with Adobe themselves?
