Click on your account name in the top right corner of the iTunes store in the iTunes application on your computer, enter your password and click the "view account" button. Navigate to the Apple ID summary where you have the option to "change country or region".

As far as my experience in this forum goes, Adobe support has the ability to deactivate inaccessible installations. Unless that has changed just recently it should still stand. You can contact them thru chat and get it taken care of.

I am getting messages that I can't download and read .pdf files since I have the wrong Adobe reader. I know about their security disasters of course, but I downloaded the latest version of Adobe Reader from the Adobe web site and I have other ,pdf file readers as well, and for some reason they won't work either. I have 5 computers running top end processors and RAM. By this I mean I have one, this one which I am using that has an AMD Phenom Black 3.2 Quad-core with 8 GBs of Corsair top DDR2 RAM, my other two AMD have either an Athlon II triple core with 4 GBs of DDR2 Corsair RAM, one with the Phenom X4 965 3.4 GHz Quad-core with 8 GBs of their best DDR2 RAM, and two Intels with the i7 920 Processors using the triple channel 1366 socket processors and one with 8 GBs of low latency DDR3 RAM and the other with 4 GBs of the same RAM. I am getting the message on this one, which has a fresh install of XP Pro X64 operating system, as do the other 4 as well. I have run Avast Business Pro Anti-virus on this one, which I am getting the message on with a single result which I deleted, and also both Spybot Search and Destroy, which came back clean as well as Malwarebytes Antimalware, which got a lot of tracing cookies now removed, and SuperAntiSpware which also found a few cookies also now deleted. Can you tell me what I need to do to get these files to show as .pdf files rather than as a clean blank page. One other issue is that I wish to know how to turn off my downloads so they are saved and Mozilla will give me the option of returning them instead of me losing them all together as it does now. 1) authorize iTunes on the new machine for your iTunes store account(s)
2) connect your device and right-click or control-click it in the iTunes Source list, then choose transfer purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.
3) sync the device
iTunes will wipe the iPhone but, since you transferred your purchases in the previous step, your content will be in your library and you can re-populate the iPhone with it.

Absolutely - but I had no idea there were two versions. When I got my new laptop I just went to the Adobe site to download and install LR5. It never asked if I had a license; it just directed me to install CC to start a trial which I thought I could license after downloading. Several sessions and many hours of looking through the forums and Google for an answer I never ran across anything that made this distinction. I still haven't found a path from www.adobe.com that would get me to the standalone download page (it's probably there, wasn't obvious to me) and looking at the download page it doesn't make any CC/standalone distinction.
There are many places I could have gotten a hint - for instance the license could be tagged "stand alone edition", the CC-version could recognize the stand-alone key and either accept it or produce a more meaningful error message, or the download site or the CC app could ask if I had previously purchased a key, etc.
It was my error to assume this was a deactivation problem, but it looked the same as a previous deactivation problem with Photoshop.

Clarisworks, you need Appleworks, which will only work with Mac OS X10.6.8 or earlier. See this tip if you must go newer. Mac Pros with newer hardware configuration than July 20, 2011 can't use Mac OS X 10.6.8 or earlier without this tip and then it would be Mac OS X Server. I'm not sure if the new black Mac Pro supports that configuration or not.
iPhoto, there is an iPhoto for all versions of Mac OS X.
iTunes, there is an iTunes for all versions of Mac OS X. Note with iTunes versions 11 and later, which are needed for syncing with iOS 7 or or later, you will lose coverflow, if you liked that feature. Sadly you can't run an older version of iTunes from within Mac OS X 10.9 or later.

Do a backup.
Take notes of all account information or take screen shots. You may need to set the accounts up again. Quit Mail.
Copy the line below.
~/Library/Mail/V2
Select Go/Go To Folder from the Finder menu bar. Paste the line into the window. You won't see it.
That should show you the accounts. Select the appropriate inbox and dig around in the folders until you find the e-mail matching the number. Try to delete/move to the trash. If successful, launch Mail and test.
If you prefer to make your user library permanently visible, use the Terminal command found below.

You might want to bookmark the command. I had to use it again after every update. I have also been informed that if you drag the user library to Finder it will remain visible.

I know that with a Microsoft product graphics can be tagged before a PDF is made. I need to know how to do this with my programming.

The Acrobat SDK might be a starting point.
From there, perhaps a plug-in (built with C+).
Perhaps with a licensed release of a PDF Library (this could be $$).
The viable and cost effective alternative is use the tried and true.
Authoring in an appropriate authoring application with appropriate tag management.
Example: Adobe InDesign; Adobe FrameMaker or MS Word with PDFMaker (comes with install of Acrobat).
This way you place "Alternative Text" when mastering content in the authoring file.
Going the route and with some look-see (research) you may find programmatic approaches to placing the alt txt in the authoring file.
Note: as discussed in the Matterhorn Protocols there is no programmatic method that provides a fully accessible PDF (specifically, that is an ISO 14289-1, PDF/UA-1 compliant PDF).
Regardless, here you have a sub-forum for discussions on Acrobat usage.
Consequently discussions on/of 3rd party software is rather out of scope eh.

99.9% of the time, the cause of this issue is the fact the phone was jailbroken/hacked to unlock it for use on networks other than the network the phone was originally locked to. Apple maintains a database of officially unlocked iPhones, and when Apple's servers detect phones such as yours, activation stops & you get the message you got.
So, either get a sim card from the carrier your phone was originally locked to, or get it officially unlocked, if you want to activate it. Because it appears that it was not officially unlocked.

I suspect you have a 2G iPod. Those can only go to iOS 4.2.1. The hardware prevent unsing a higher version.
