Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
            iPad,iPod,iPod Touch Recovery Mode
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

If you no longer know the passcode, you'll need to connect the device to your iTunes library in recovery mode and restore it. See this article for instructions on getting your iPod into recovery mode.

When i go to the app store to update the one app that needs to be updated, the screen is blank. It used to list all the apps that need updating and have a button called update all. Now nothing. Just a blank screen.

There's been a problem with this all day. Seems to be a server problem - wait a day and try again, or use itunes on the computer to update, that works.

Open System Preferences > Flash Player then select the Advanced tab.
Click Delete All under Browsing Data and Settings
Not empty the Safari cache.
From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Advanced tab.
Select: Show Develop menu in menu bar
Now click Develop from the menu bar. From the drop down menu click Empty Caches.
Now try a video.

If you set up Find My iPhone (iPad/iPod), then it has the Activation Lock on it and I believe you'll have to erase the device through iCloud first:
