I need to download lightroom again.

Need to reload Lightroom. Had my PC worked on and lost it. What do I need to do? Does Adobe have my record showing when I bought Lightroom. I may have got a Lightroom CD but can't find it. Can I get a download from Adobe and how and what do I need. Thanks J.C,

Thanks I will have to find the CD, It has a sticker with some numbers on it as well as I can remember. Will the CD I will not need the serial number.

You can go to Adobe's website and download the free trial, and then enter your serial number
however, downlaoding again is not necessary. You can use the same disk/download that you used before to install LR.

Did you actually download the installer from Apple or did you use Software Update. You can download the installer http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
Maybe I'm old fashioned but I would consider repairing permissions first using Disk Utility because something caused this to go wrong the first time. And of course make a backup of your whole library first. It shouldn't happen but some have complained about their libraries being wiped out by iTunes updates. Better safe...

You should copy everything from your old comptuer to your new one.

Problem solved. Went to Apple Software Update in Program Files and ran the update agasin, and it finished correctly this time. Whew!!!

Need to download Lightroom CS6 that is NOT creative cloud.

I need hoping to get a downloadable version of Adobe Lightroom CS6 (that is not creative cloud) to activate with my product code. My brother helped me purchase adobe lightroom, he is an Adobe employee, last year. I had downloaded Lightroom application at that time and saved it to my external hard drive to install on my computer at a later date. Well it turns out I lost my external hard drive!
I have my product key and confirmation email, but can't seem to find a proper downloadable version of Lightroom that will work with my CS6 product code. I tried to download the creative cloud version of lightroom that's from the adobe website, but my code doesn't work with it. I can't seem to find any another lightroom download available that actually installs to my computer (I assume this is probably because of all those Adobe PIRATES!)
Please let me know if you can help - I have my product key and everything! Thanks!

Need to download trial again

I downloaded Elements 10 2 days ago to a new Windows 7 laptop. I never started it. The computer then downloaded a bunch of updates and something happened. When I tried starting the computer the next day, it failed and restored the previous day which wiped out my shortcuts, so I didn't know where the Elements executable was. I tried downloading it again, but it said it was already installed and wouldn't do it. I deleted the folders and all their contents under ProgramFiles folders, then deleted everything in the registry that had "Adobe Elements" in it. Now I get the download assistant to run, but it asks me where to store the Elements trial software (it didn't do that before, it defaulted to the ProgramFiles folder), so I selected the ProgramFiles folder. I signed in and it acts like it is downloading, except nothing is being transfered. I've tried this several times and even let it sit an hour and nothing happens. The first time, it downloaded in about a half hour.
Any suggestions?

Yes please try the solution offered in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1008205. Please make sure to choose the default location of your user folder.
