I need to download page maker 7.0. I was told to go to https://www.adobe.com/support/products/pagemaker.html but it is not the. I have gone to your ftp site and downloaded pm07eng.exe but it will not execute. We are trying to uninstall Page Maker 7 on one PC and reinstall it on another PC. I have registration number but no media. Please help!!

You can download the HP iPrint 3.0 app from your apps market. Once this is downloaded, you can open the app, select the item to print, and touch print.

Sounds like they are not Pages '09 files, they are Pages '08 files which Pages 5.2 can't open.
You need to reopen the Pages '08 files and resave them in Pages '09.
Why do you no longer have Pages '09 on your computer?

I need to make a downloadable page out of a stream (or byte array - it doesn't matter) with a content of any type (e.g. a csv file or a binary file).
I would like to make a link on a page which whould trigger an event. In the event handler I would prepare the needed data (generate, etc.) and let the client download it as a binary file (so that browser whould display a download page with options to open the file or save it).
The problem is that I can't find out how to do that?
Are there any how-tos or examples?

Well, a problem arised again when we moved our web application to the https protocol. DownloadPageRenderer didn't work at all with Internet Explorer browser, however other browser worked well and downloaded our file.
I've made a separate servlet for simply returning a file from HttpSession in a doGet method, this is done by the following code:

Make certain you have all the Software Updates installed that are available for Mavericks. Periodically, Apple will provide printer driver updates from principal vendors. If this does not show up via Software Update for your printer, the relevant driver bundle can be searched and downloaded from Apple.
The following link may help. At the end of that content is how to reset your printer. Occasionally, this may become necessary following an operating system upgrade.

I would also recommend that you run Disk Utility and verify/repair permissions. Then verify the boot drive. You may find some Pages or printer driver content with the wrong permissions.

4.0.4 is the version of iCal for 10.6.8. You could try downloading and applying the combo updater for 10.6.8 -

However Snow Leopard is not compatible with iCloud, so if you are somehow managing to make iCal sync with it it's a fudge and likely not to be reliable. Also, if you are syncing with iCloud you must avoid also trying to sync using iTunes - mixing two syncing methods is a quick way to problems.
If your Mac is capable of upgrading to Lion or Mountain LIon that would give you proper access to iCloud and a higher version of iCal.

OS X v10.6.6 or later (v10.6.8 recommended)

Connect your devices to the computer with the USB cable (one device at a time) and import the photos via iPhoto or Image Capture.
If you have not changed any default settings on your computer, iPhoto will automatically launch when you plug in the device. Then follow the import prompts.

Are you sure you're trying to open these files in Pages 5? Installing the updates does not remove previous versions of the iWork apps & if you have a Dock icon for the previous version that will also not be deleted.

The camera connection kit can only be used to import photo/video files from a camera, SD card or USB flash drive. You can't import other types of files. You can't export any type of files using the camera connection kit.
