I need to get Abobe Heiti TC and Heiti SC fonts. Please help!
I need to purchase a font by the name of Heiti TC and SC from Adobe. I believe it is an Adobe font. I have called the customer support for SEA, and they have given me a list of resellers to refer to, but none of them are clueless about it. I need to purchase this font urgently and need a quote to present to the client. Since the customer support for Adobe is unhelpful and also their resellers, can someone from the staff team help me out on this? It is ridiculous to know that I might need to change the font to another one, if this font is not available for sale. Does this mean I illegally convert the font for the client to use? Please help as I need this font to be licensed to 20 or more computers and it has to be compatible with PC platforms too, and not only Macs. PLEASE HELP!!!

They are not Adobe fonts, I do not think. They do not appear in Font Folio 11.
Wikipedia claims (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_CJK_fonts) they are "available in Mac OS X 10.6," and I think that is correct.

I copied what I could onto an external hard drive but when I drag and drop I get directions to uninstall but the uninstall folder I have does says it is an alias that is no longer present. If you subscribed to iTunes match the songs are kept in icloud. If you didn't but you did save the actual iTunes library folder which should include the music, video, etc. you should be able to just drag this file back to your machine in the same place and when you open iTunes it will give you a chance to identify the iTunes library folder.
You can test this to find out if you saved the media files or not and don't need to attach your nano to do it.
You are correct that once you connect the nano it will clear the existing files from it and sync it with the new iTunes library.
If you don't have the media files i'm not sure if/how to get them back on a windows ipod. I have everything backed up regularly because of the horror stories I have seen & heard. -
My computer crashed and I have to get my data from my old drive to another computer, to ensure I get all my data what do I need to get. I have and ipad and an iphone. I need to get apps, contacts, pictures, etc. Is there a way to do this? It was a vista pc and the new is win 7. I can grab the backup files, and music, but what about my apps? I do not want to sync on the new pc since the apps aren't there. Were are the app files located in itunes? Can I just copy them to the new computer?
You can transfer itunes purchases: File>Devices>Transfer Purchases
The iphone is not a storage/backup device. The sync is one way - computer to iphone. The exception is itunes purchases.
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer. Use your backup copy to put everything back. -

The 15" is the ideal size, the 17" is a bit larger and more comfortable.
The 13" is a bit cramped, the 11" forget it.
The 11 and 13" have the poor Intel HD 3000 integrated graphics (solely) which are not good at 3D gaming/video and tend to overheat as the CPU is also doing the graphics.
The 2.0 Ghz 15" MacBook Pro has a slightly better video card that does average on most current 3D games.
The 2.2Ghz MacBook Pro (and higher) does excellently on 3D games with the powerful 1GB radeon 6750M and "future proofs" your computer investment for 3, 5, 7 years or longer.
It all depends upon your portability and use needs.
If your not a 3D gamer and can afford to replace your machine in shorter time periods and all you need is a basic laptop, then one of the smaller thinner machines will do. In fact even a Windows PC laptop can do. There really isn't any advantage of going for a Mac laptop at the lower end excpet for status symbol appeal. Your going to be paying $1500 for a laptop that a $800 PC will do just as well.
However if your needing more of a portable workhorse machine the 2.2 Ghz MacBook Pro or better is ideal, it can run jsut about all the operating systems out there well, bootcamp into Windows and everythng with it's strong hardware and decent sized screen.
Also the 15" and up have the optional ANTI-GLARE screens which is great for classes and at work where you can't control the enviroment to reduce reflections.
If your on the go a lot, you can get a iPad in addition to the 15" MacBook Pro, if you need a larger screen you can buy that and use the MBP as a desktop machine sort of.
The smaller Mac machines don't drive a larger monitor very well, really you need a dedicated graphics card. -

My computer(A toshiba) crashed and when I bought a new computer(a Mac), my previous apple ID does not word and I was only able to get songs that I bought in 2004. I am unable to authorize my account to get to songs that I purchased recently. Please help.

While this won't help if you are having password problems, I did want to point out that you do not need to access old machines to de-authorize them. Once you are signed in at the iTunes store, access "my account" by clicking on your username in the top navigation bar. Then "manage devices". You can remove any old machines that way. -

You might want to download something called an undelete utility. These can find files and recover them even after they appear to have been lost. There are some undelete utility programs that are free. Look at tucows.com
Also, it appears that you have POSSIBLY overwritten the actual files, which you moved manually, with I don't know what, which you moved in PSE's folder location view.
Next, in the future ... NEVER (that's: don't even think about it) move your photos in Windows. NEVER. NEVER. Not ever. Not once. This always (that's ALWAYS, as in 100% of the time) causes problems and usually makes things difficult to fix.
Lastly ... make regular backups! I must say this in the forums about seventy bazillion times a month. Make regular backups! Regular depends on how often you take photographs and edit them. Since my photographic activity usually happens on the weekends, I make backups every Sunday night. You may need a different schedule, depending on your activity level. MAKE REGULAR BACKUPS! -

That is precisely what my mid-2010 MacBoook Pro 13 was doing before the drive finally died after an Apple Genius rebooted it a dozen or so times. I have since read about the exact same thing happening to others, including a writer for The Atlantic magazine who had never had an issue with a Mac before. Do a back-up ASAP to make sure you don't lose anything and see about replacing the HDD. It is only about $140 for a new drive. The real issue is if you lose your data, too. So, make sure you do that back-up!

I purchased an audiobook in Nov 2012 using iPhone 4S and then upgraded to iPhone 5 in Dec. Now I am not seeing the audio book in purchase history in iTunes. This means I am not able to get the book in my new iPhone. Please help.
Audiobooks are currently a one-time only download from the store. I am using Adobe Pro 11 and on opening a pdf I am getting error 'Insufficient Data for an Image'. Please help and provide a workaround if the solution not there.
I have already set the preferences to for page view to low zoom settings, and page fit view settings, but it never opens the pdf. Please check and provide a solution asap.

You don't need a CD to download anything; just download & install the trial from http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_elements, then activate it with your serial number.
