I need help locating my serial number of the Ipad I cannot find it where they told me to look, I am not very good at computers? Can someone help me try to locate the serial number of my Ipad?

I tunes will find it by itself during the install process. It is in settings if you want to know what it is, but you do not need it for the install process.

Once you get your S/N and download the software, back them up to a CD or backup HD. Not doing that is like purchasing a CD, installing software, and tossing the CD in the trash.

I had this problem. There are actually two boxes. The outside one with the photos and stuff and glued into it is another box containing the disks. That box has the serial number. Adobe was NO help with this as if no one else ever could not find it. I had to rip open the outer box.

I need help installing CreativeSuite 3.3 on a new computer

I purchased the Adobe Creative Suite 3.3 some time ago and want to install it on a new (to me) MacBook Pro I've just purchased. All 4 disks are still in the box, but I have run into a roadblock. The serial number on the disk case does not work with the individual sofware(s). I'm being asked for "previous version" information I do not have.
It was up and running fine on my previous machine.

Is your copy of CS3.3 a full version or an upgrade from a previous version?
If it's an upgrade, the 3.3 installer will ask you to enter a serial number from an earlier qualifying product for the installation to continue. If one is not provided, then 3.3 will not install.

Check your Adobe account online to confirm if you are using the correct serial number or not (Find your serial number quickly)... if you registered the product then the serial number should be there. If you determine that the serial number is correct then contact Adobe suppport using chat when they are available to get their help resolving the problem.

Need help installing Lightroom 5 upgrade on a new computer

Hi all,
On Mac #1 I have Lightroom 5, which was upgraded to from Lightroom 4. I have noted down a full v4.x licence key and a v5.x upgrade key, and these worked on Mac #1.
I now want to install Lightroom 5 on Mac #2. I can install and activate v4 but when I install v5 it doesn't offer me an upgrade activation. The only licence it seems to want is a full v5 one (it doesn't accept my v5 upgrade key).
How can I get LRv5 installed on the new computer?

Thanks Kglad, that worked.
I was downloading the full trial of LRv5, but what I needed to do was go into my account and hit the download button next to the upgrade order in my order history. This downloads a different installer.

I have re-installed Photoshop Elements 10 on my new computer and imported the photos but how do I get albums and tags back?

My old computer died and I've installed my photoshop elements 10 on the new one and have imported all my photos. WHat I can't figure out is how to get my tags and albums back. I had a Norton backup of my old computer so all of the data is available. I just need help figuring out how to link it up with photoshop on the new computer. Anyone have experience with this issue?

A few years ago I bought LR 3 last year I upgraded it to LR 4. The question I need answered is this: I had to buy a new computer and when I downloaded LR 4 I placed the serial number as requested, but it needs the SSN to LR 3. I don't have it and have it.

I cannot locate my earlier light room 3 serial number so how can I obtain it?

This are plain text files which can be opened in Window's Notepad or it's equivalent in OS X.
