my hp photosmart c4440 did work on my windows 8 dell computer. i refreshed it and the computer won't accept the driver anymore. how can i get it started back up.

You do not have the legal right to use the last owners content, nor is it legal for you to hack her account by getting her password.

If you purchased it on your ipad, then you would have to transfer it to your computer. File>Devices>Transfer Purchases.
You can then listen to it on your computer.
