I need to know if dropping or cancelling a line on my account will affect Friends & Family eligibility?
I currently have a 1400 minute Voice and unlimited texting friends and family plan with 4 lines, I want to drop 2 lines because they are no longer needed, will that effect the friends & family eligibility. I plan to keep the 1400 minutes a month plan
No, you won't lose Friends and Family if you remain on the 1400 minute plan. If you drop to the 700 minute plan, then you'll lose it.

Not sure if you are talking about in the Mac App store or the iTunes store but the procedure is the same for both.
Launch the appropriate store and click on the link to your account under Quick Links.
Enter your password when prompted.
You will come to an Account Information screen. Click on the Edit link to the right of Payment Type.
Enter your new information here (or click the None button to leave it empty.)
Click the Done button.
You can now go on using the store.

You can't cancel a line of service on-line, you have to either contact Customer Service (*611 from your cell phone or 800-922-0204) or visit your local Corporate VzW store. And if the line is still under contract, you'll incur an Early Termination Fee.

Team... I cannot find where to turn on the line item numbers in P6 Reports... I can show breaks on a code then activities right below that, but can't show the line item number... only the actID... Hellllllllp!

My oldest daughter recently bought a new ipod touch and gave her old one to her brother. How do I unlink his ipod from her account and set up his own without losing the music and apps already on it?
Connect it to his iTunes library and set it up as a new device. You should be prompted to Erase and Sync the iPod if his iTunes library is separate from hers.
Or head to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Erase all Content and Settings.

I need to know serial number of the devices that used my account.
My iPhone was stolen and I bought it from a friend who didn't give me the box it came in with the serial number. I bought it from him year ago, and I doubt he has the box it came in. I checked my iTunes devices, but my computer was reseted and the iphone did not come up.

We have multiple serial numbers for our company account and I dont know which serial number was on our computer that crashed. How do I reactivate without buying another subscription? There is no telephone customer support for this product and I need this ASAP.
That's nothing anyone can find out. The activations are anonymous in such a manner that Adobe never knows which machine they were used on, only that they have been used and the serial number was valid. Your only option is to deactivate all installs, draw up a list and then reactivate one at a time and have support reset everything on their end.

There are a couple of methods for using more than one iPod on a single computer. Have a look at the article linked below. Method one is to have two Mac or Windows user accounts which by definition would give you two completely separate libraries. Method two is to set your preferences so each iPod is updated with only certain playlists within one library. Really?! I didn't know that made a difference...I thought secondary lines were $25 - well, ya learn something new every day!
And a side note - we added a line for my 75+ yr old mother with one of our old flip phones and CS was extremely kind in waiving the activation fee (I could have sworn it was $25 charged and credited on the bill), PLUS they boxed up the flip phone after activating it (with an out of state number to boot) and shipped it to my Mom, all at no additional cost to me. I'm not saying that will be everyone's experience, and I was amazed the service rep offered to ship it for me - but I smiled and said "THANK YOU!" and accepted it! -

I have a requirement where in I need to prevent the invoices with 0 price line items to accounting if item category is relevant for pricing.The invoices which have 0 price line items and item category has specific 0 price need not to be prevented for accounting.

so i droped my mom's ipad on accedent while walking inside helping carry bags inside... and at fist no one really thought anything of it but we got inside and my stepdad went to check something on it and was like um... something wrong and i guess the fall put it into shock or something but we held down the 2 buttons and it light up but it was black and just with the back light on. And it still wont work so im not sure what to do... I know where the slide to turn it on is so i did that and it made the click noise to signal it was on and i pushed where an app would be and it went to it and made the music to the app... so it works but for some reason the screen is being all stupid... I really need to know if there is a way to fix the screen because if theres not im in a ton of trouble... please help!!!!
