I need to re-install acrobat pro 9 - from where can I download the software?
My original purchase of Acrobat Pro 9 was downloaded online. I have not other copy and I need to reinstall to deal with corrupted files. Currently I am unable to download updates.
All I can say is that it works for me.
Perhaps post a comment at the bottom of the prodesigntools.com download page and see if the owner of the website has some suggestions for you

I need to re-install Acrobat 9 Standard, when I click on download in my account,it days I have no downloads.
I have done this in the past to re-install this software and it worked fine.
Any suggestion?Std is available at Adobe Acrobat X (10) Pro, Reader, and Suite Direct Download Links | ProDesignTools the last time I checked. This time make a backup of your download on a CD or backup HD. Do not depend on the program always being available for download. This is the case for any software you purchase online.

I have just purchased the latest macbook pro 13 retina (late 2013). I want to connect to a Dell U2713H Monitor. As the new macbook doesn't have a cd slot, I am unable to install the monitor drivers etc. Where can I download the drivers?
Thanks for your prompt reply. I'm not sure how to connect to the monitor as the only ports available on this model mac are Thunderbolt. The mini display to display cable supplied doesn't seem to work out of the TB port. Do I need to use a Thunderbolt cable + an adaptor?

I'm trying to install my HP Color LaserJet 2600n (USB) to my new macbook pro with Yosemite ? It detects the printer but when I try to install it, I get the message error : "Can't download the software because of a network problem."
I tried to install the software via the HP website. It's not working.

Hello- My laptop needs the OS X recovery run. Can I download the software directly to a thumb drive without affecting my desktop unit? The Geek Squad said they need to wipe my hard drive and re-install the operating system. Thanks.
They already damaged you Mac by fooling with the BootCamp partition without knowing what they were doing. I wouldn't suggest haveing them help you do anything.

First, see if you can boot into the Recovery HD. Restart and hold down cmd-r until you see the gray screen. It should boot into Recovery. If your Mac shipped with Lion or Mountain Lion, it will boot into Internet Recovery if it cannot boot into the Recovery HD on the hard drive.
They should have tried this at the store. -

Unfortunately Apple do not offer a download for mac OS X 10.5.8. They will only provide updates available for download. ( Normally you would do so once the OS is installed)
To do a fresh install of this software your going to need to buy a retail copy of the disk.
There are some vendors who do still stock the media disk, but they can be expensive.
