I need to reboot a crio-9004 remotely, how is this done in LV?

A cRIO-9004 needs to be rebooted remotely. Our software development platform is LabVIEW 8.0. How can this be done?

Do you have LabVIEW Real Time module? There is a VI that comes with this module that will let you do this. Its called "RT Reboot Controller.VI".

With the CRM 7 WebUI I need to copy data from the left pane of the Contact screen to the right pane. The left being the details of the Account/contact and the right pane holding details of the Contact (BP).
The left pane is controlled via component BP_CONT, view ContactDetails and the right pane is controlled via component BP_ADDR view StandardAddress. When I press F2 when on a field of either of the two panes I can see that both panes have a parent point to component BP_CONT, view ContactViewset.
However, the parent component and view has no context nodes, so I can place appropriate code in the do_process_output method.
I have been advised that I should create a custom controller, and then bind the appropriate context nodes to it. However, I don't know how to go about doing this and wondered if anyone had come across any suitable documentation of video that might be of help?.

You can't currently delete an account, all you can do is remove your personal info from it and stop using it - any content that you bought/downloaded via it will remain tied to that account, so if you ever want to authorise it on a new computer then you will need to remember the id and password

It seems to be enough to create empty folders at “/System/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/1.6.0.jdk” and “/System/Library/Java/Support/Deploy.bundle”, to make Illustrator use Jave SE 8 as it should.

If it is a retail version ,then you need to deactivate it and uninstall it as well from your old computer and then you can install it back on the new computer.
If it a subscription based software ,then you just need to deactivate it and you can operate the same on your new computer by entering in your credentials .

As the others have said, transferring AppleCare to your name is not absolutely essential. It can make things easier in some cases, though, should questions arise, so it's worth having done. The person from whom you're buying the iPhone will have to call AppleCare Plan Administration (s/he can call the normal Apple support line and ask to be transferred) and arrange to have the plan transferred to you.

Need to create a blur over faces in video. How is this done?

I am creating a video that has people in the picture that I need to blur their faces. what is the best and easiest way to do this?

More complicated. You can't use the Mask Shape filter in that version because you can't animate the position of the mask.
Here's what you have to do if you need to animate the position of the blur.
1. Put two copies of the clip in the timeline, one on top of the otherwise, on V1 and V2.
2. Make sure V1 is set as the destination track and the playhead in the timeline is sitting on top of the two layer stack.
3. Go to the Generators popup in the lower right of viewer and select Shapes>Oval.
4. Use Superimpose to sandwich the oval shape between the two timeline tracks.
5. To the top layer, apply the Gaussian Blur filter. Open it into the viewer and in the controls blur as much as you need to obscure the face.
6. To the top layer apply Modify>Composite Mode>Travel Matte Luma.
7. Open the oval from the timeline into the viewer. Use the controls tab to adjust the size and shape of the oval to match the face.
8. Switch the Canvas to image+wireframe. With the oval layer selected in the timeline, position it how you want so the blur obscures the face.
9. Use keyframes to animate the motion of the oval layer as need to follow the movement of the head.

Stop using it. Simple as that.
Anything purchased with that account will always be tied to that account so you will have to authorize your computer to that account to play any songs that were purchased from that account or to sync or update any apps purchased with that account.

G4 Tiger: need to back-up and re-install: how is this best accomplished?

No. You need to use something like Carbon Copy Cloner, SuperDuper!, Disk Utility (restore only, not image), etc. to make a bootable backup of your system. Be advised that if your problem's software related, the backup will probably exhibit the same problems. My library (which includes items from CDs and items purchased from itunes) is on my old PC. I have a new PC and want to transfer the library. I can't see how to do this. I've turned Home Sharing on for both computers, but the Share doesn't show up on either one. I can't figure out how to move the library. When I try to burn it on a CD it keeps saying the CD isn't blank, even tho it is.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

O.,.k. Maybe this is progress. I transfered the Itunes folder to an external hard drive, connected that with the new computer, and told Itunes to look for the library there. It found the library.
The playlists are not there, but that's not a big deal.
The songs I tried to transfer to the new computer are still there, with the "!" tag, meaning they won't play. No big deal. I deleted all the "!" because the songs were there in files without the "!".
Final problem, I hope.
I ended up with hundreds of duplicate copies. Both dupes play. Again, no big deal other than the annoyance of having to delete the dupes.
Next step, after I have completed the deletion of the dupes.
1. Recreate the play lists manually, using my Ipod as the guide.
2. Then sync the Ipod with the new computer library, and all will be will.
Am I right? Or is there possible trouble?

I don't use Hulu, so I don't know whether clearing your cache will help...
You can open the Options dialog from the orange Firefox button or the Tools menu:

FPGA problems on cRIO 9004

So, Ive been playing with a cRIO-9004 with FPGA. But there is a problem, everytime I place an FPGA I/O node onto the block diagram it does not work.
it outputs a null signal and says this in context help "LabVIEW does not support I/O nodes in the My Computer application instance. Place the node on the block diagram of a VI that is open under an appropriate target in the Project Explorer window."
I do not have it within the my computer instance. I have done this before with a sbRIO and followed similar steps. I have never had this problem with the sbRIO.
Any ideas?

Under your main project you need to have added a "cRIO target" underneath that target, you need to have added a "cRIO chassis". And then udnerneath the chassis you need to have added an "FPGA Target". Finally, you place your VI inside the "FPGA target" in the tree structure. To add something, usually right-clicking on the item it is going to give you an option to add->target or something similar.
