Anne Marie Bartella please verify the serial number you are using is the same serial number registered with Adobe.  For more information please see Find your serial number quickly - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html.

I am retired.  In my active years, I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 4 Design Standard and Dreamweaver CS5 for my Windows environment.  I recently spent a fortune to migrate to  Apple.  I now (and a bite late) realize that my licenses are not recognized by Adobe. I am desperate. I cannot afford the expense of buying or paying access to the software and, still,  I need the tools for all those little things I do for enjoyment. What can be done?

The licenses are operating system specific, so one option would be to retain use of the Windows machine you had before the Mac.
If you want to try to use the older stuff on your new Mac you can try installing Windows emulation software such as Bootcamp.

i got creative suite 6 design standard and bridge isn´t working anymore.
it says I should delete the cache in order to get started but it always breaks down while doing it.
I tried to reinstall but also this didn´t work.
    what can I do?

Without proper system information nobody can tell you anything specific. You can always delete the Bridge cache at the operating system level - it is, after all, merely a file/ folder.

Yes, as long as the machine meets the system requirements for the software you can install and activate it.  Your license allows you to have the software installed and activated on two machines.

  • Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard and Teacher Edition

i just downloaded Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard and Teacher Edition all products downloaded except indesign

Do you mean install?  If you were able to install any of the products that would indicate the installer downloaded ok.  Do you receive any error messages when you try to install InDesign?  Also which operating system are you using?

  • How do I reinstall Creative Suite 6 Design Standard on a new computer when the computer repair shop completely destroyed my old computer?

The computer repair shop destroyed my old computer when they attempted to replace the fan. They tell me the motherboard is shot and they are buying me a new computer. I need to know how to reinstall on the new computer the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard Student and Teacher edition that was loaded on the now broken computer.
    Thanks!

    Hi Jeff
Thanks for getting back to me. I am not sure if you understood my
situation. What I needed was to contact Adobe customer support so that they
could deactivate the CS6 on my broken computer. The problem I had, and you
might want to address this as part of Adobe customer service moving
forward, is that there is no way to contact customer service for issues
with CS6. The only support option allowed on your website is to post a
    question in the Forum.
If you follow the link you sent me to Adobe customer service, and believe
me I did, you will be taken to a page that will ask you for some
information about your product first. Once you go thru the series of
questions and windows, you reach a page that tells you that your only
support option is the Forum. It will literally not allow you to initiate a
    chat session!
I finally found that their is a small statement at the bottom of the page
from your company president saying that customer service is important to
him and to let him know how Adobe is doing. By clicking on that link I was
able to send an email and within a few hours a customer service rep named,
Sandeep Singh, responded to me and told me that he had increased my
activation count so that I could reload CS6 on my new computer.
Given that the average computer lasts 3 to 6 years and that Adobe products
are quite expensive, their should be some way for your customers to contact
customer service directly without the need to navigate through a system
designed to make it nearly impossible to contact someone. This kind of
support should be available for at least as long as one might reasonably be
expected to use your product, say 5 years.
In contrast to this difficult experience, I also  contacted Microsoft
yesterday for help with transferring  software from my broken computer to
the replacement. It was extremely easy! I went to their customer service
site answered a few questions and was presented with the option of either
chatting with a rep or having one call me. I chose call and withing 5
minutes someone called me and helped me with my issue. They even sent me an
email confirming the resolution with a case number.
This process has really made me wonder why Adobe has chosen to offer such
limited and deliberately difficult customer service. I hope these comments
can help you address these issues internally so that Adobe can improve its
    customer service experience.
    Best,
    Steve

  • Need Help with Creative Suite 6 Design Standard.

I was working with a tech named Ashok Kumar Mohanty. I was sharing my screen with him and trying to install Creative Suite 6 Design Standard. We lost each other. He had me set up a new administer account but I can't get online with it because it has no browser and I don't know how to get one.
My installation keeps freezing at the AdobeHelp portion of the installation. The time remaining continues to climb but the installation freezes at 19%. I have been trying to resolve this for 2 weeks. I tried to download a trial version online and finally bought one but both programs keep freezing in the same place. I am downloading from a disc.

because it has no browser and I don't know how to get one.
IE is available to all users by default on Windows, Safari on Mac, and Firefox, Opera and Chrome are avialable as free downloads. The rest is far too vague. You are not providing any system information or other details. As a start, simply run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool and try again. For anything else we realyl need much more information and possibly the install logs.

  • I need Apple's Mission Statement for a paper and I cannot find it anywhere...

I need to find Apple's mission statement for a paper for school and I cannot find it anywhere.  This is too bad because I am doing research on the top companies and their mission and value statements and I figured that Apple's would be the top pick...   Does anyone know where I could find their mission statement?
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

    Justine
It seems apple has never officially issue a formal Mission Statement, but...
Two posts at this link are pretty good in lieu of one:

  • Need help reinstalling Creative Suite 6

I just purchased a new iMac. Apple did a transfer of documents, etc. from my older MacBook Pro.
They told me I may have to reinstall the Creative Suite6. When I try to uninstall what is there (I can open InDesign but not Photoshop or Illustrator) I get a message that tells me to get Application Manager. I do that and nothing happens. I can't find where it has been put to on or in my Mac. And what is the Application Manager supposed to do anyway?
    Help?

    Ginny,
The apple utility that you are using to backup does not backup Adobe Softwares Fully, Hence you need to Re-Install the products, CS6 can be installed using Adobe Application Manager 6.2 (also called as AAM) if its Subscription based.
Also simply run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool and try again.

  • Need to Reinstall Creative Suite (purchased 2004...)

Hi I have issue installing the Creative Suite which purchased on 2004 to my new computer (Window 2013). Do I need to upgrade it?
    Thanks!!

Whichever CS version you have that is that old will not qualify for an upgrade.  While you can still purchase the last licensed version (CS6) that Adobe is offering.  Adobe is currently (and solely into the future) promoting their subscription-based versions of the software which they refer to as the Creative Cloud.
If you prefer to purchase rather than subscribe, the link below should get you to the page where you can initiate a purchase.
