I need to remove an extra inbox; I get all my inbox messages on two inboxes; please help

All of my inbound emails arrive in two different inbox folders; both are using my single email account; how can I delete one of them?

Rob, please go to the help menu, select troubleshooting information and copy and paste the account settings bit to a message here. (ctrl+C copies and Ctrl+V pastes) without menu or mouse. options. Only is the next bit does not do it all for you.
Right click one of the accounts and select settings. Does one of them only list Junk Settings and disk space under the name? Click that ones name and change the name to local folders.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the email account and restarted the device. I can send mail fine as well as view my sent messages. Very confusing.

I have two yahoo accounts and I know as they 'improved' their servers I had periodic outages. It'd work fine on my webmail on my computer, webmail on the iPad, but not via the mail app. And it was stuff on their end. It may be a case of wait and see and you may need to eventually remove/readd the account on your iPhone.
When the issue is on their end, unfortunately there's not much for users to do beyond wait it out or find work arounds.

You cannot remove or change the old ID. This is Find My iPhone Activation Lock. You need to recover the credentials for the Apple ID originally used to activate the iPad.
Check your spam and junk folders.

You CAN delete all your email. Here's how: >> Open Inbox >> Edit >> Check/select the top message; it will highlight the move button. >> Press and hold the move button and uncheck the message that you had checked earlier. >> Lift all your fingers off from the ipad screen and leave it alone. Wait until all your messages pile up on the right hand portion of the screen (in ipad); iphone will give you the actual number of emails it has selected for the action. Now they are just waiting for your command to be moved ALL at once. >> Choose trash to delete all of them or any other folder where u want to move them, like one piece. Remember this will replicate your action on the server so you will ACTUALLY move them or delete them on the server and not just the ipad. Once you have moved all messages to the trash you can either leave them there for the scheduled cleaning or empty it right away by doing this: go to trash folder and touch Edit. The Delete All button shows up at the bottom of the screen. Hit it! You’re done! If you do not see the effects of your actions on the server make sure you have enabled your email accounts for such actions.

You won't be able to restore a device running iOS 4.2 from a backup of a device running iOS 5 (as you found out). And the Iphone 3G can only be updated to iOS 4.2.1 so there is no way to migrate from his iPhone 4 back to his iPhone 3G. He would have to at least have an iPhone 3GS, which will update to iOS 5.1 and would be able to restore from the iPhone 4 backup. Unfortunately, there isn't any way around it.

Also check what version of java is currently installed by doing the following,
Open Terminal, type in java -version then press Enter. Then retrieve the current java version, in this example being 1.6.0_24

Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after the iPad shuts down, then press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds). Ignore the "Slide to power off"

Edit the SMTP server list. Add a new one for the business account. Put the correct password and information for it. Give it a description so you will know which server is which. Mke sure the correct server is highlighted in the account selected and check the box to use only that server for that account. Do that for the other account also.

If you find it, you will have it back.

Need help getting all white background for jewelry pics and resizing help for my website

Can someone please help me? I'm completely new to photoshop and I have elements 12 and I need to make the background all white for my jewelry photos. I have googled instructions but a lot of my jewelry has chain in it so it's hard to select, erase etc. I have no idea what I'm doing. I also need to resize my photos to 400x400 but when I do they distort. Someone told me I can collect the background color and then resize the canvas but again I'm a complete newbie and none of this makes any sense to me.

I cannot connect to my new google+ account using Firefox 6. When I try to access google+ I get a message that I need to update Firefox, which I have done twice. I can access gmail and everything else that google has to offer - I think. Please help.

Open System Preferences > Network > Advanced > Proxies
Deselect any checked boxes on the left then click OK.
If none of those boxes were selected, it might be a Safari extension causing the proxy dialog.
From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall.

As per our requirement, we need to compare all the entered hours from CAT2 vs Project level assigned hours.
If user save the record in CAT2, then no problem.I can get the records from CATSDB table.If user enter the record in first week and goes to next week without saving time entries in CAT2, Runtime structure catsd_imp-sumdays in user exit CATS0009 shows the current screen hours only.But I want to get all the entries entered in CAT2(Unsaved records).Is there any other user exit or badi available to get this functionalites.I tried with CATS0006 ,CATS0003 and so many user exits.But still I didnt get any solution for this.
If anyone come accross this kind of scenario,kindly help me on this.
