  • Unable to reset my security questions because there is no option of rescue email.

I can't reset my secruity questions or get the answers to them becuase there is no option to ruscue email can I get some help?

The reset link only appears if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. If you aren't getting the link (you won't be able to add a rescue email address until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

Please call apple @ 1-800-692-7753 in USA
ask for the account security team
you may want to add a credit card to your iTunes account  before calling; so they will have a way to verify your identity.

  • I am trying to reset my security questions, however the reset security info to email address is not available to me

I am trying to reset my security questions, however the send reset security info to email option is not available to me.
Anyone know how I can fix this please.

The option to send reset info only shows if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. As you aren't getting the option then that implies that you don't have a rescue email address, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions - so you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then try Apple ID Account Security
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down this page to add a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

If you didn't previously set up a rescue email address and have forgotten more than one of the answers, you can't do this on your own. Contact Apple either through the link in that article or by phoning them.

when i want to change my security questions i don't have option to send rest  security questions ?

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
The reset option will only appear if you have a rescue email address. Creating one requires supplying two of the answers.

If you create a new Apple ID you won't have access to the media purchased with the Apple ID you are currently using.

  • I can't reset my security questions, is there any way to fix this?

I can't remember the answers to my original questions and want to reset them so I can buy music. However, every time I reset them, they just revert back to the old ones. I hit save and it tells me that everything's been set, but if I log out then log back they've reverted back to the old questions. I've tried to contact costumer service through the link given on iTunes but the page just unlessly loads after selecting iTunes, so I have no idea what to do.
Any help would be appreicated, thank you.

You can contact the Account Security team by following these steps:
    Please navigate to:
    https://expresslane.apple.com/
    Choose:
    iTunes > iTunes Store
    Then for Topic choose
Account Management > Lost or Forgotten Apple ID password (any concerns regarding security questions also fall under this category)
    Choose Continue
You will be given the options to Talk to Apple Support Now or Call Apple Support Later, please choose the option that works best for you. If the hold time is long, you might only have the option to talk with them later.
If outside the US or Canada, and your country has Apple Phone Support, you must call and ask for The Account Security Team. They will then ask some security questions. If resetting your Security Questions, you must have a Credit Card on file so they can reset your Password First, then they can help reset your security questions.  You should be able to add a credit card via iTunes or appleid.apple.com> Billing. <-- Very important, or they can nto assist you!!!
