I need to restore my iPhone 3GS to e previous date than that reported on the scroll menu : how can i do that ?
I lost all my contacts because , due to a my mistake , I sincronized iPhone with the empty Outlook inside of my Windows cmptr .

No.
If there is no backup available for that date, then there is nothing you can do.
Your contacts should be on your computer in whatver contact program you use.

When a message comes in from a site such as Amazon or Shutterfly the site itself does not open when the email is opened. I need to click on a long web string to open the message. It all used to appear when the email was opened. How can I make that happen again? It seems an unnecessary step otherwise.

Hi all. I. Bought videos from iTunes and also bought the lowest amount of extra iCloud storage. I assumed the videos could be stored in the cloud and called back automatically to the iPad when I needed them. They won't all download, Apple hasn't answered my call for help via e mail, and I don't know what to do. I deleted stuff from the iPad and got rid of some of the videos I'm not watching (hoping to maybe download them again later on).
I don't get how the Cloud works, and I don't really know which article to read for info. HELP?

Purchasing more icloud storage has nothing to do with itunes purchases.
Itunes purchases ( the ones that are made available for redownload) are automatically available in icloud. you do not have to purchase any icould storage for this.
You should not delete anything. you should always have a backup copy.

If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

The circuit of my macbook is dead yet the hard drive is fine. I need to access a file from the hard drive, how can i do this? The mac turns on the screen freezes as bright blue. Is there a cable i can connect to another mac that will let me transfer the file?
There is another option if the Macbook will start up in Target Disk Mode.
Restart the computer while holding down the T key. If you see the firewire symbol moving around on the screen you can connect this one to another one in TDM. You will need a suitable cable to connect the two Macs.
