I need to talk to a person. this attempt at installing my hp Photomark d110 is a nightmare. help

I have tried for two days to install/set up this wireless HP Photosmart D110.
I finally got a Wireless Network Test Report stating no problems found.  Succesful setup of wireless printer.  However,  on my laptop it states that the printer could not be found on my wireless network.  It suggests, instead, that I use a USB port and try to set it up later.
What is going to make it easier or even possible to set it up later?  And what was the point of my buying a wireless printer/scanner/copier???

Be very careful when you phone HP help desk. It's a very expensive ph number.  i've clocked up £40 worth of phone calls and they won't refund you. When you actually speak to someone they're very helpful and friendly and will probably be able to solve your problem. I've been very unlucky in that after 4 replacement printers I still get the same error message but they don't know what's causing it. Will avoid HP in future I think. Try and phone from somewhere where 0871 numbers are free. Good luck. Helpline is 08717814294.

    This only happens when I'm in my browser. Ex. when I'm on a site and I decide I like what I see and want to print it text that is, my printer always prints tiny. When I'm in Microsoft Word for ex. I print it and it looks like what I expect. So I don't know if somehow my printer got set to print tiny when on the web. If you can help me I would be most appreciative. Thanks again for your response.

    You are right: there is no option to chat or phone contact, possibly because your version is no longer supported.

    Since installing Mac OS 10.10.1 photoshop will not run, it will not launch. A window indicates that it needs JAVA SE6 to run. JAVA SE6 is installed. I have re-installed and restarted but photoshop will not run and I get the same message window that I need to install JAVA SE6. How do I make this work?

    Have you added any Photoshop Add-on that uses an external JavaScript.  Photoshop itself has is own ScriptingSupport Plug-in and does not use an external java.  Also Java SE6 is old and has security issues you should update to version SE8

EDMC AIO  All I want is the new vesrions of Illustrator and Photoshop CS6 and I get these folders full of gibberish I cannot even begin to decipher and I cannot even begin to figure out how to get them out and on my computer.  When all I want and need are the latest versions of Illustrator and Photoshop.  I need somewone to talk to who can tell me how to get the latest versions of Illustrator and Photshop CS6.  Is this how Adobe treats paying customers?  No one to talk to, no one to help them.

    I just had the absolute worst experience ever with some idiot at Adobe's chat support. He took control of my computer and started renaming files to old, without keeping the original name (original.old) like he should have.  What he was trying to do did not work. Then he just cut the connection and ran.  I am furious.  I need help to rename these back to their original name so that Adobe Creative Cloud will open.  I have Acrobat, AcroCef, AIR, CameraRaw, Color, InDesign, OOBE, the one he renamed to old and PII.  Please help. It should be a file related to Illustrator.

    I really need to talk to a person...this is frustrating.  I initially set up Photoshop elements 12 on my desktop, then I got the free trial that included Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5. After my trial was up I bought it with the 9.99 plan.  Now I am trying to get it on my laptop and the website says the only thing I have is Photoshop Elements 12.  I still have Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5 and I have not cancelled it.  I don't know if I used a separate email for that or if that is even possible when I was putting in Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5.  I really need some help this is extremely frustrating.  First I couldn't remember my email because the person that put it in used my work email without my permission which I never use, and finally I got that straightened out, and now I still cannot get it on my laptop.  I just want to be able to use photoshop on my laptop since I got it for that because my desktop is super slow and is making everything a pain.  Thank you.  Crystal Fuchs

    I need to talk to someone about changing all of my accounts. A iCloud account was opened not by me and I lost 17 years of contacts. I have slowly gotten them back. My files from my Mac Book were taken and are gone. It has cost me about 60,000 dollars in business since November which has effected my staff as well. Many personal ireplacable memories of my childrens Photos were taken, Business, designs and accounting and personalFiles you name it gone or corrupted. My main PC including 4 external hard drives, then the Mac Book, My Iphones,itouch. Ipad were next and then my Mac Book pro. This is very humbling and heart felt. those who work with me have very strong beliefs, it was an internal doing or I should say someone gained or was allowed access to my home and equipment. I travel and tour and am gone quite a bit. This was and is the most difficult thing that has happened to me in a long time. In truth business and work will and can be rectified that not the point. It's how and what has been done which is the most damaging very personal almost vidictive but I will stop there. I feel so violated and saddened at the same time. I am hoping to contact someone through Apple or even an outside source to see if my files can be recouped and how to go about doing these changes all at once without all of the emails back and forth to approve changes in accounts what a pain. I want to change all accounts associated with apple. Apple ID and Pass words, I tunes ID and Pass word you name it.When I leave for work now days I have to take all of my equipment or lock things in the safe. I have an alarm system that is very good in additons to, animals still with the animals inside the motion detectors are off and in reality the damage has been done . I now this sounds crazy but I have proof of my back up files not all of them plus you can see in my documents all of my business accounts which are in orderof complition and dates are empty. My email accounts were also hacked and thru that individuals were able to change at will. When you have over 20 years of an association and relationships they know everything about someone. I do not want to press charges but I am to that point I need to bring in someone to investigate and I really do not know whom to even call. I have won awards for my work and my designs and information being taken has hurt more than words can express. I am currently out of town doing this late at night. I have changed my banking you name it. I need to have access to my computers to work but the stress of these constant changes and invasion of privacy are beyond expression. I plug in any of my usb drives and they are empty or my computers do not recognize them. I plug in my usb connector from my HP 8100  Printer with Blue tooth capabilities and it pops up and an external E drive for downloading just like an external drive. My printer acepts every imaginable portable disk on the market . Many of my usb drives are gone or have been corrupted. I have this darn air drop that goes on all the time. My computers I turn off and then they are on when I get up. I can go on and on. I live in the bay area and I am asking for help in trying to stop all of this. I will call Apple next but I wanted to put it out on this forum with the hopes of some response or input. I have all of my new and very minimal recovered information now on a web-based server which I know is safe the pass words and set up were done very discreetly (one can only hope). I apologize in advance for laying this out there like this. I am just so frustrated and because of the POSSIBLE implications makes it even harder In which I truly want to be proven wrong. I have never written or thought that I would be doing this as it is. If anything I hope some good comes out of this for someone. Bluetooth is a powerful tool this much I know now. Wow this is just simply amazing. There are 14 products I have purchased. I have been a windows person for years because of my work somethings are prapriatary to that OS but I love the Apple products. I am despratley trying not to nor will I throw in the towel. I know its a great product and its not the product.     I need to speak to a person on the phone.  I talke to someone in India on 7/22 I have him total control of my computer he went into my bank account and could see all the charges.  His name was Amhit something, he said there was over $500 in charges that I did not make since over a year this has been happening.  I tried before to address this with apple but I never get a person and the amounts are always small and then on 7/22 I got a larger charge so I called and somehow got Amhit.  Amhit changed my apple password to he could get into my account but I didn't know what it was and I have not been able to do anything in itunes since 7/22 but yet today 8/1 there is a $6.39 charge on my bank card.  Something is very messed up!!!!  Amhit said he would get me a credit and call me the next day...surprise he never called.  I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I understand in table WF_LOCAL_USER_ROLES the record with column ROLE_ORIG_SYSTEM as 'FND_USR' gets added based on the data entered in Define Users(i.e. fnd_user table) form in System Administrator resp. I will like to know, the source of record in t
