Ok. Once again . I haven't lost anything. The phone is defective and it is being replaced under warranty. Everything but the one song and my ringtones are being replaced. I can live with one song lost but the 75 dollars in ringtones I purchased cannot be recovered not because I lost them but because they simply don't let to do it for whatever reason. I didn't lose them and all of this isn't happening because I lost my phone or erased them by mistake, or broke the phone, it's because of their product being defective. It's not my fault this has to be done. I'm not askin them to replace what I lost I'm asking for what I purchased and still have to be transferred so I don't know where you get off being a smart *** like that but if you lost money because what you bought doesn't work like it supposed to and you forced to eat it and spend it all over again you'd probably be a lil disappointed too so thank you for your help but no thanks if all you gonna do is talk to me like I'm stupid.

You can ignore (CSS) errors in the Tools > Error Console.
Those errors are only useful if you develop websites and want to check the HTML/CSS and JavaScript code for errors.
Most errors are code for other browsers like IE or browsers on other platforms or just typos or the result of bad coding.
Do you have a problem with Firefox or specifically with the Flash plugin?

Until yesterday, I had Premier and a basic Creative Cloud account with only Photoshop and Lightroom. In an effort to combine these into one Creative Cloud service and get access to the rest of the suite, I upgraded the Premiere product to Creative Cloud at the $49.99 price level. Now, it appears I have two Creative Cloud accounts and will be charged $49.99 or one and $9.99 for the other.
Is this is what will happen or do I need to cancel the one that has only Photoshop and Lightroom?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.
