I need to uninstall Captivate update 7.0.1 becuase my quizzes will no longer run on any platform bro

I need to uninstall Captivate update 7.0.1 becuase my quizzes will no longer run on any platform browser.
The reason they do not run is becuase LMS API will not load the quiz. because of a java script error (see image below)
The new update 7.0.1 has drastically changed the following files:
imsmanifest.xml
index_SCORM.html
SCORM_utilities.js
Utilities.js
The new script just will not run on Firefox 26
Internet Explorer 10 and 11
Chrome 31.0.1650.63m
Safari 5.1.7
How do I uninstall this update and get back to the earlier version or is there something that will fix this?

you would uninstall your current version and then reinstall the previous version, but there may be a better way to handle that error.

    I've been having the same exact problem this morning, and from the looks of it a lot of other people are posting about this issue, so I don't know if it's maybe something wrong with the download but I'm just relieved that it seems to be that instead of a corruption issue with my windows installation.  I'm just wondering how long this will take to be resolved.

    I think a few have.
    Try the standard fixes:
    - Reset. Nothing is lost
    Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Restore from backup
    - Restore to factory defaults/new iPod.

    After installing the most recent iTunes update/version iTunes will no longer run on my PC (Windows 7).  I receive multiple error windows with the Microsoft error code R6034.  Microsoft's Help site states that this error occurs when a driver attempts to access the C++ library without a "Manifest".  I do not know what a manifest is, but apparently any attempt to directly access the C++ library is not permitted.  The site instructs the viewer to contact the application developer.

    Since updating to ios 8.2 my email is no longer working.  Any idea why?  I have restarted my phone multiple times, tried deleting email account and readding it, but nothing is loading.  Mail says last updated Sunday which was when I did the software update.

    Use the Yahoo mail app to avoid problems with the regular Apple mail app.

  • I shouldn't have done the update because now desktop will no longer run

    I have spent the last 6 hours trying to fix this.  I ran the available update yesterday and now as soon as I plug my Bold 9900 in, I get an error message and it does not sync.  I decided to try to reinstall the 7.1 update directly from the BB website to ensure if the update was corrupt, I could try to repair it.  Instead, I get an Error 1723.  I noticed that I still had an old 5.0 version of desktop on my PC, so tried to uninstall that doing a clean uninstall and get an Error 1316 message.  When I try to follow the instructions under KB04272, again going through the Control Panel does not work as the uninstall will not work as there is obviously a file missing.  I tried renaming the installshield, I tried repairing both the old version and the 7.1 version.  I am now at the point that I have both on my PC still and I cannot uninstall or repair or install either of them! 
    I would like to find a solution beside wiping my whole machine, but after this much time, I'm thinking wiping my machine or tossing the phone are pretty much where I want to go.  Can anyone suggest and alternate for me?

    i went through everything that i had changed since it last worked, it turns out it was some software installed with my new webcam that was preventing both firefox and utorrent from starting. the windows update restarted the computer for the new software to start working. All fixed now as the software was non- important

  • Updated to IOS 7 and now itunes will no longer sync my entire music library

    I just got off the phone with an Apple Senior advisor.  I advises that I had just updated to IOS7 and was synching my iPad only to find out that it would not synch any music that was not downloaded through itunes. I have 865 songs that I have accumulated over the years by burning cds and adding them to my itunes library.  Never have I had an issue with itunes synching the songs but now it appears that Apple is only going to support songs that you purchase through itunes.  Can someone give me some direction on how to transfer the songs that I have on my ipad to my itunes library since synching with IOS7 will completely wipe out my library. I have Ipad 2, iPod Touch and an original iPod.

    Hi Can anyone help.  My iPad 2 has been updated with ios7 and now when i try and sync it with itunes (vs 11) I get this error:  "the iPad cannot be synced because the computer is no longer authorized for purchased items that are on this ipad".  When I try to authorize the computer it says its already authorised as one of the 5 available.  I have tried many times and now at a loss.  It worked 100% before updating.  Please help!

    Try reset all settings
    Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings
    Note: Data will not be affected but settings will be reset.

  • HT1766 I did the most recent IOS update 7.1.1 and my phone will no longer stay on, other than to show the itunes icon and a picture of the USB cord we use to charge.  Verizon is saying there is nothing that can be done because it is stuck in recovery mode

    The phone is stuck on that screen once it is turned on and then turns itself right back off.  Unfortunately it doesn't appear the phone was backed up on Icloud.  The software update came through on my settings and I performed the update, ever since I have lost over a year and a half of information, pictures etc.  Any ideas at all would be appreciated.

    If you have not set up iCloud backup or backed up using iTunes, all data on the phone was lost once it entered recovery mode.
    Your only option is to restore it and start new.

    Ran the 10.4.8 update on my 1.25 G4 powerbook and it worked fine. Ran the update on my my 1.42 GHz G4 mac mini and the fan has not stopped running once. The fan hardy ever came on before. Any one else have this problem?

    Yep, have a Macbook Pro 1.83 Ghz (week 15) with 2GB SDRAM. Since 10.4.8 I have been experiencing the same issue. As somebody else descibed it on this site its alike a spinning wheel sound on a bicycle. Recently Apple have been messing around alot causing problems with networking and CaptureOne and so on. Hope they get their act together soon.

    Associate your mobile number with your Apple ID, if you haven't already done so.
    Sign out of iMessage on the Mac:
    Messages ▹ Preferences ▹ Accounts ▹ Sign out
    Sign out on the iPhone
    Settings ▹ Messages ▹ Send & Receive ▹ Apple ID ▹ Sign out
    Then, on the phone, tap
    Use Your Apple ID for iMessage
    Sign back into iMessage on both devices and test. If there's no change, you may have to wait for a change in network conditions.

    Has anyone else encountered this problem and figured out a way around it?  Apple says it is not an iPhone problem and Adobe says they don't support the iPhone.

    If Adobe does not support the iPhone, how do you expect for a software they make to work with the iPhone?
    If you are using an iPhone 5 you must be running iOS6 so your question is also not clear.
