I need to update adobe, no MBs

I need to update my adobe flash, but my mac says zero mb's left. Can I delete older adobe flash players, if I can, how do I find the right ones to delete?
I need very simple instructions as I am not computer savy, I can follow simple instructions. If I need to buy more MB's how do I do that? Is it less expensive to have "future shop" fix this, or should I just buy more MBs? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Advice?

I had a computer crash and had to reinstall my Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 again and it claims the updates are not available. Seems when the computer was OK before the crash I had it updated to 9.4 or something like that. Now I can't install any updates. All updates are still available on www.adobe.com. I hope someone can help me get this updated. When I try opening the Help tab and select Check for Updates it says there are none but I believe there are updates but not supported anymore by Adobe.

You can uninstall Acrobat, run the cleaner tool then re-install or you download the updates manually from the adobe web site.

I could not find Acrobat 9 updates on the Adobe web site. You can find the updates on the adobe ftp file.

Your PDF document is a special type of form called a "dynamic XFA form".
Currently, Adobe Reader mobile products (Reader for iOS, Android, Windows Phone) do not support static or dynamic XFA forms created with Adobe LiveCycle Designer.
The message "Please wait..." is displayed when a dynamic content is not supported by a PDF viewer.

I used the plug in check and it said i needed to update adobe shockwave. However, i downloaded the most recent version and the check still says I am out of date. I installed 11.5.9r615 for apple os 10.swno leopard full 64 bit. why is this.

I uninstalled shockwave and reinstalled it with the same result. what gives?

I have that same problem on my laptop, it is because Adobe Shockwave does not support 64 bit systems yet...I am not sure how you would do it on your particular operating system, because I am running windows 7..but I have to go into IE 32 and run the update. Check yours and see...hopefully that will work for you or at least this explanation works .

Can't update Adobe AIR after Yosemite update and need it for a third-party app.

I updated to Yosemite and had some issues. After receiving help from Apple, I could not open a third-party app; it said I needed to update Adobe AIR. When I tried to do that, I got the same message saying I needed to update AIR again. I tried uninstalling and installing AIR but without success. What steps do I need to take?

I had a similar problem when trying to install Zinio.air. I have made it all work out. What i did was remove Adobe Air 15 entirely from the Utiliites and Library/ accounts and preferences. I then downloaded Adobe Air 13 and installed and then clicked on Zinio .air and it all installed ok. I also had to temporarily change security settings from Apple approved to Anywhere. All functioning now.

Why can't I update Adobe AIR?

I need to update Adobe AIR to continue onto Acrobat.com but when I do the update it says 'This application requires an update to Adobe AIR but downloading that update was not successful.' How do I get it to update correctly?

It sounds like the Acrobat.com Desktop Applicaiton is trying to update. Unfortunately that update doesn't exist anymore and the Acrobat.com Desktop Application is no longer supported. I'd recommend uninstalling that application from your system. To access Acrobat.com moving forward, visit http://acrobat.com/signin.html

Can't update ADOBE after many attempts. Why won't it work?

Keep getting messages saying I must update ADOBE. Keep following directions for update. Then I'm disallowed access to anything that requires ADOBE update and a red typed message appears again saying I need to update ADOBE. Why won't this work ? I am a senior citizen and am not a computer savvy user. Need help with this ongoing problem.

Every time i try to update adobe shockwave i get a cannot configure messege

when i run the add - on manager check to see if your plug-ins are outdated --- it tells me i need to update adobe shockwave--- i go through the steps to download and it gives me an error Host cannot configure--- i have a gateway pc with windows 8 that will not update to windows 8.1 is there anything you can do to help?

Exactly! The password I used to log on here and write my post I figured was the same Apple ID password I would use to reset my computer login password. But my computer isn't recognizing it as the correct password so it wont let me update my login password. I have 2 user accounts on my computer.

When I updated the adobe flash player and went to facebook I'm not able to play any of the apps, one says I need to update my version of adobe and it has been updated, now I'm not able to open any of the games on facebook!

After I downloaded Firefox, I attempted to update the top four plugins, I already have adobe flash player, but I went on ahead and downloaded it again with the other three, java and two others. I then restarted my computer, and when I logged back on to face book Farmville would not load a message said if it don't load in ten seconds I would need to update the adobe flasher which is in my add and delete box. The same with Cafe world, it will not load as well! My google search is missing as well! I have no problems logging on to Face book, but I can't go to any of the applications that I normally play with now! I did updated the top four plugins as was suggested and now I'm having problems!

I have moved my Photoshop CS5 to my traveling computer,a Surface Pro 3. I have photoshop loaded but in trying to look at raw images it says my camera raw does not support the sony alpha 65 which is what I have. I went out and tried to download the newest raw version and even went out and did a zipfile download and it will not update my current version. What should I do

I have 6.0. Tried to download newest verion and it will not download. Went out and then downloaded a zipfile and it still will not download, thus cannot look at my raw pictures.
