I need updated drivers for Intel HD Graphics 4000

Hi,
this is the laptop:
SATELLITE L50-A-170
PSKJNE-03L00MIT
Microsoft Windows 8.1  6.3.9600 (64bit)
I need the last drivers for Intel HD Graphics 4000, 64-bit version 15.33.32.64.4061 (10.18.10.4061).
I downloaded the driver but I can't install because:
"The driver being installed is not valid for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer manufacturer Setup will exit"
...but in your support page the last version is 10.18.10.3308.
What can I do?
Solved!

If you have restored the hard disk to its original out-of-the-box contents and the problem continues, it is not due to software on the hard drive. That includes drivers, of course..

  • Solved: LR6 GPU supported for Intel HD Graphics 4000 (Windows 8.1 64-bit)

  • Updated drivers for intell graphics 4000

I am trying to get OEM (HP) updated graphics drivers for the Intel graphics 4000. Paid money to play a game on my laptop, and had no problem until they came out with a new updated version. Now the game crashes when it gets to checking graphics settings? The games tech support people said I need the new Intel graphics driver. when  I try to update the driver from Intel, it tells me that i have an OEM driver and to check with the manufacture (HP) for an updated driver.
HP's latest driver is dated 09/2013 intel's latest driver is dated 01/2015 and there have been 2 updates since 2013. Is HP going to put out an updated intel graphics 4000 driver, Please tell me how to override OEM and update from Intel??

Sorry mate, your gonna have to downgrade your driver in order to get the game running. I too have an Intel HD 4000 however mine is not OEM meaning i can upgrade with intel. Trust me I have overriden this in the past and your display driver WILL CRASH if you attempt it because it can only run HP's modded version. Just run the installer for the old version of HP's driver and run the game afterwards. P.S Sorry, HP have updated my 3000 driver (rare move by HP).

My 8600 constantly loses it's connection to network and needs to be shut off and restarted to correct.  I noticed my drivers are out of date, but when I try to download updated drivers, I am prompted for a password.  My Forum password doesn't work, or the one I wrote down on origuibnal installation.

    Hi,
Please download directly the following files (dated Aug-17-2014) and install to your computer, much faster this way and no need to enter password:

  • Updating driver for intel hd3000 graphics

Hello again,                     I am updating my graphics driver intel hd 3000 on my pavilion g4 1226 se but when i run the step 1. detect my device on hp website it cannot detect that my graphics driver which is currently has  version of 8.15.10.2353 that it needed to be upgraded on version 8.15.10.2559, which i have to go directly to step 2 and download it manually, but after downloading it and then while installing there will always an error that says " the setup program failed to install one or more drivers. The setup will exit".  Anybody knows how to fix this?  pls help me.

    Hi
I assume you have installed the graphic card driver from the Intel website and you use NOT a Toshiba graphic driver which was designed especially for the notebook usage.
Well, Toshiba recommend using the Toshiba drivers. In this case you should try to use the recommended graphic driver which you can download from the Toshiba driver page.

  • Does lion need updated drivers for M-Audi midi interface?

I'm using an M-Audio USB Midi interface with garageband (v 5.1) under Mac OS X 10.6.8. Could anyone confirm whether the snow leopard driver for this will continue to work with Lion?

No it will not. However M audio has posted a 10.7 compatible driver for their products on their forum. It works flawlessly with Lion, my MBP 13" 2011 w/8GB memory.

*bump*  I really need a driver update from HP.  People with the same Intel HD Graphics 4000 (+ updated drivers) are playing Second Life without fail, while mine keeps crashing due to my particular driver version's issue with basic shaders

I have updated my video drivers using these instructions: http://lifeisabug.com/installing-latest-intel-hd-graphics-driver-microsoft-surface-pro-surface-pro-2/ Obtain Lastest Intel HD Graphics Driver (.zip) from Intel Download CenterSelsect “Graphics”, “Laptop graphics driver” and the chipsetSelect your Operating System and download the driverInstall 7-ZipRight click the downloaded .zip and select “Extract to …”Right click the bottom left corner on your desktop and select “Device Manager”Open “Display adapters”, right click the graphics card and hit “Update Driver Software…”Select the “Browser my computer for driver software”Select “Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer”Click “Have Disk…” and browser to the extracted Intel Driver Software! In the subfolder “Graphics” open the .inf fileNow click “Ok” and continue installing the driver by hitting “Next”… HP don't update the intel video drivers and Intel .exe wizard to install drivers does not run on HP laptops. It is necessary to install the drivers manually downloading .zip driver from intel website.

  • Need WXP drivers for Satellite A100 (PSAA9)

    PCI Device (again)
    SM Bus Controller
Can anyone advise which specific driver I need for each?

  • Update drivers for NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M

Need the updated drivers for NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 330M that comes with my Vaio Z  VPCZ128GX , the drivers in eSupport are from 2010, and nVidia software does not detect the 330M card
    VPCZ125GX

I've updated my VPCZ1 to 340.43 drivers but it still won't accept the transition to Windows 10, seems like they just want to find any excuse to back out of their promise of a free upgrade for windows 7 users. For anyone who is editing .inf files and still not able to get it to work, you need to update your intel drivers first. The process is a bit awkward, I tried to update the Geforce with a few pre-modded drivers, using the device manager. It would always freeze during installation or ask to reboot and start in 800x600 resolution. I also tried the latest intel drivers but was unable to update them at the time, so I gave up on the idea for a while. Later, I ran into trouble running GTAV, the game would start fine but suddenly crash to desktop while loading. I remembered how the latest driver broke the intel driver, so I rebooted with the laptop in "stamina", installed the latest compatible onboard graphics driver and rebooted in "speed" mode, which incapacitated the 2010 nvidia driver so I had a new "unknown device" under "display adapters" in the device manager. I pointed it to the 340.43 drivers (latest driver I could find for 330m which still uses inf files) which I modified earlier and success, GTAV now runs. Editing inf files is surprisingly simple, just find mention of "330m" in one of the inf files (which are lists of subsys numbers) and replace the subsys number with the one from your card in device manager when using the 2010 drivers. (there are alraedy a lot of them in the inf, I guess it's true that no two 330m are the same) I've always left it on "speed", ever since it booted with the new drivers, The GPU is easily underclockable using Precision X for more battery life. http://i59.tinypic.com/swd3lx.jpg Only side effect I know so far is that the screen rotation doesn't work, although I never tried it with the old driver combo.

  • AMD Radeon HD 7400M i need grapich drivers for windows10

i need grapich drivers for windows10  pliz help  ...

    Hi:
The support site is back up and running.
Below is the link to the W7 x64 graphics driver you need for your model.
    http://h20564.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?sp4ts.oid=5229456&swItemId=ob_105419_1&swEnvOid=405...
This driver installs the drivers for both the AMD and Intel GPU's.
Never install the standalone Intel HD graphics driver or allow Windows Update to install a newer Intel graphics driver, or the switchable graphics in your notebook will no longer function.

  • Does the standard Intel HD Graphics 4000 in the 13 inch Macbook pro stand up to other graphics cards with dedicated memory ( 1GB of memory for instance)?

Does the standard Intel HD Graphics 4000 in the 13 inch Macbook pro stand up to other graphics cards with dedicated memory ( 1GB of memory for instance)? I need a laptop for college and the Engineering program suggests a dedicated video card with minimum 1GB of video memory.

I have a Intel HD 4000 in my Mac Mini (late 2012), and it's okay for what I need it.
    However:
    - there were a few issues with flickering on the video output to external monitors. These were solved through a firmware update that came with OSX 10.8.3 - for the majority of the users. There is apparently still a small group of users that still has issues. You can read long threads about this here:
    https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4472316?start=0&tstart=0
    and here
    https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4490924?start=0&tstart=0
So for most of us (me included) this issue is solved, but it seems that certain displays / monitors don't work well with the intel HD4000, don't know if there is a pattern or a list of monitor models...
    - there was an issue with the color calibration on the HDMI output. No matter how much you tried to calibrate, the results remained unsatisfying. All light colors were crushed to white, wrong contrast, ...
You can read about this here:
    http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1482487
    https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4480354?start=0&tstart=0
The same firmware update improved this a little, good enough for me, but I can imagine it's not good enough if you do graphic work and need reliable colors from your monitor. On HDMI output, the thunderbolt/MDP output is fine. So it's mainly a dual monitor setup issue.
If it's for graphic work, I'd go for a Mac Book Pro with dedicated GPU !

  • Update graphics card Intel HD Graphics 4000 512 MB

i would like better garphics what sould i get or what ?? 2.9 GHz Intel Core i7 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Intel HD Graphics 4000 512 MB  OS X 10.8.4 (12E55)thats what i have

Go to the Apple Menu > About this Mac > More information for details.
All newer CPU's have the Intel 4000 integrated graphics, however if you got the 15" then it also has dedicated graphics and it switches to either as the need arises.
    So you have both.
What I suspect is Apple is going to eventually go all CPU graphics as soon as the processors get strong enough as it's less expensive to produce.
Only Windows 3D gaming towers will soon have dedicated graphics the way things are going. The MacPro hasn't be updated in ages.

  • No video memory. no memory acceleration for Intel HD graphics. what now?

I did a quick double buffering on my pc with a Intel HD graphics (integrated with CPU) and works fine but jumpy and flickering a little. I run a check on the BufferedStrategy, BufferCapability and ImageCapability (code below), and found that no video memory, image cannot be accelearated in any way and Java is using blitting to do the double buffering.
Is this normal for Intel HD graphics or my program is flawed anywhere?

If you're looking to discuss this matter I would advise you to take it to java-gaming.org; people there deal with this stuff on a daily basis.
