I need updates to BOJ  directories about to expire soon

One of my user who is running a job file get a Verification Warning that his LACSLINK DIRECTORIES EXPIRE SOON & Directory expire soon ZIP+4, I have been checking for updates but everytime I login to the BOJ to download updates it said none are available to download, this is since FEB 09 I have not got a updated for any of my directory. When will they be available? to download

You are going to need to log a message for Customer Service.
To log a case go to the SAP Service Market Place
1. Go to http://service.sap.com.
2. Click on SAP Support Portal.
3. Enter your S-User ID and password and click u201COKu201D.
4. Click u201COKu201D on digital certificate.
5. Enter your S-User ID and password again and click OK.
6. Click OK on the following screen.
7. (This step is Optional) Setting up your Single Sign-on allows the site to remember your login and not prompt for it so frequently. To do this, click my Profile at the top of the page. Then click Maintain my Single Sign-on Certificate on the left of the page and follow the instructions.
8. After the Single Sign-On, Click on Help & Support and click Report a Product Error. Under System Search, click the drop down arrow next to your installation and choose your system, and click Search and then click on the BOB link.
9. When creating a SAP message it is required to search for Notes. (Knowledge Base articles) to see if you can find an answer to your question without having to log the message for support. In the Search Terms area, type your question and click Continue.
10. If you do not see any Notes pertaining to your question click on Create Message.
11. In this situation Choose the SV-CIC-BO Component for the message. (This component is only for missing downloads on the SAP website).
12. After choosing the component, fill in any remaining required/optional items. **Required fields under Problem Details are flagged with a red asterisk.
· In the Short Text box, enter a brief description of the question or issue.
· In the Long Text box, please fill out the below and copy in this box.

Address:     
Contact details
Last name:     
First name:     
S-User Id:
E-mail:     
Phone:               
Incident identification (Put X next to if appropriate)
You cannot access SAP Service Marketplace     
You cannot Create a support message     
You cannot Download Software

You do not see product/directories to download      
You do not see product to request license key
· When you are finished click on Send Message.

    If the device is jail broken - and the message is that the iPad is not eligible for the requested build - there are tons of articles on the internet that discuss how to fix the iPad. Use Google.

    To answer the post title FireFox save all downloads automatically in the download folder, which you can find in the Documents folder. If you want to choose where to save your downloads go to tools>options>check always ask me where to save files.
    Secondly, I am assuming you have IE 8 installed as this is the only version that supports this fix that is currently not in beta. Go to control panel>internet options>advanced tab and reset the settings at the bottom. This may or may not fix the problem but it is a good first step.

    I don't know the detail for the crash IDs but if you had an attacment feature here I could attach what I understand to be some data from the computer error reports vis the computer admin.

    You may need to get back in touch with me concerning these images I have sent as these are the lastest info I colected and this is to do with Windows Live disconnections.

  • Plug-in site says Shockway Flash vulnerable, needs updating. I did but says I already have new version. Still shows as vulnerable. Currently have version 11.0.1.152 . Update is for 10.3.183.11. Why is it still showing up being vulnerable?

    Up above pretty much sums it up for me. Mozzilla Plug-in Site shows that Shockwave Flash is vulnerable and needs updating, when I click on it, it takes me to Adobe Flash Player and the version it wants me to update to is 10.3.183.11. But when I did that it stopped halfway through and told me that I do have an updated version installed and wouldn't complete. But when I went back to the plug-in page, it still shows Shockwave as being vulnerable and needing updated. Does anyone know why this is? I even double checked and went under Troubleshooting and it shows what I have installed and went to the plug-in section and it shows Shockwave as having version 11.0.1.152. But the version that it's telling me to update too is 10.3.183.11, so that would explain why when I tried to update it said I had the current version. But still shows me as being vulnerable. Thanks for any help you can give me.

    Thanks again but when I went there I don't see the correct version to click on. Everything there just explains what it is and now I see something called IE after it some say 32-bit and 64-bit. I have know idea what those are.
    I just usually go to my Mozilla plug-in site and update and never worry about what version it is because the system knows. You can tell I'm not a 'techy' person.
    But apparently it's Adobe that's dropped the ball. I went back to their site and went to the new version and when you go directly there to download it pops up with the old version that's been telling me to update too which is 10.3.183.11. I tried going directly to support there but it ends up referring me to this type of support. Apparently if you want to call support up you have to pay to get actual tech support from them. In this case you shouldn't because they have it defaulting to the wrong update. I went to other sites as well but am afraid of downloading the wrong version. Actually, the site you sent me too showed someone else that did the same thing from there and it downloaded the wrong version too. So am hesitant to do it from there.
    Guess I'll just hope that since I do have version 11.0.1.152 that it will work fine until they fix the update page.

    Many people are having this problem for the last couple of days. This is a problem that Apple has to fix. If you look around the forum, you will see many, many discusssions about this and they have been going on for a few days.
    According to Fly150 in another discussion, this is a workaround - for the time being.
    If you want to update the Apps while waiting for Apple to fix Updates:
    1. Go to App Store
    2. Select Purchased
    3. Select All
    4. Scroll down to find the Apps showing update
    5. Select update on the Apps
    This should update the Apps and get rid of the update count in App Store.

    Open System Preferences > Software
    (You can open System Preferences by clicking the Apple menu icon top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click System Preferences)
    Select the Scheduled Check tab.
    Click Check now
    Click the lock icon bottom left corner of the window. Enter your admin password when prompted.
    Now click the pop up menu next to:  Check for Updates
    You can choose Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
    And if you want the updates downloaded automatically, check that box.
    You can see which version of Safari is currently installed. From the Safari menu bar click Safari. From the drop down menu click About Safari. You'll see the version number there. The most recent version of Safari is 5.1.2 running on Lion v10.7.2

    So I got an email back earlier from complaints as i said in previous post, as soon as i got back home from work I called it. Spoke to the first person who put me through to Options, again I told them my problems and they looked through my notes and told me that they couldn't help and transfered me to another department. I then went through all my issues yet again and again was told I needed to be transfered to another department to downgrade. I got put through to Options (where i'd previously been transfered from) this time I got told that they could downgrade me but need to speak to a different person in Options, so again transfered to someone else. This time they said that they will do it, started giving me the details of the new package and was just about to give me a date when they said that because of a technical issue with the way my account was set up they could not continue. Was then told that the order will be handed to the offline team and will be contacted (no time scale given). So annoyed right now!!!!!

    If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.0.1. For the iPad Mini the iOS is 6.0.2. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

    If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.
    Tip - If connected to your computer, you may need to disable your firewall and anitvirus software temporarily.  Then download and install the iOS update. Be sure and backup your iPad before the iOS update. After you update an iPad (except iPad 1) to iOS 6.x, the next update can be installed via wifi (i.e., not connected to your computer).

  • Sticky FAQ needs updating

    Hi,
     I think the FAQ (thats sticky) needs updating, the same questions are coming up again and again, and the FAQ doesn't have many of the solutions that have been found since it was last updated in september 2004.

    No more stickies. I have said it time and again. I don't think anyone wants to goto page 2 just to find the first new post. There are way to many now. They need combined and put into the FAQ and I want fewer stickies in the end.
    Understand why I get upset over this. I get at least 3 e-mails or PM's per week on average about some person thinking his or her post should be stickied. If I did that then it would be to the point where you have to start on page 12 to find the first post. So I stand by my statement that there will be no more stickies than we already have. Period.
    I have offered over and over to allow someone to combine and clean up what we have. That is as good as it will get.

  • App store says there is one update but none need updating

    I just upgraded to Yosemite and under my Apple menu, the App Store shows there is one update needing to be done but when I open the App Store, it shows none need updating.
    This is a week-old MacBook Pro with 2.8Ghz i5, 8GB, and 512 SSD.

    Next time that happens while on WiFi, turn WiFi off in settings, wait about 30 seconds or so, then turn WiFi back on. Sometimes you have to do this two or three times, but this fixes that issue as well.

    Hi, sill no joy with my sound on my iPad .the sound only works on one app ( Annie ) and the ring volume and it works for about 5 seconds after I switch it on . Was talking to apple and they said the reset my iPad and this will fix it .done this and it is still not working only with earphone and Annie. What next ?As they said this is unheard of as it was the upgrade to iso6 that caused this problem . Help
