    When I left my former employer, Pollinate Agency, I bought a MacBook Pro with Acrobat Pro (version 9 or possibly 9.5) installed from the company. I recently had a serious computer crash, and needed to get all contents erased. The support provider didn't have my product key, so could not reinstall Acrobat Pro for me. Since then, I have gotten the product key sent to me from my former employer, [ REMOVED ] So I need help in re-downloading, installing and activating the Acrobat Pro software on this computer.

    Please remove the S/N immediately (I can't or would). Never post them online. As for download you can go to http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html on the right panel to get 9 pro. I am not sure there is a MAC version there, but that is the first place to go. If it is the proper version, then please back it up to CD and/or portable HD, not the system HD.

    Hello, Please forgive me rehashing an old thread, but due to the fact that this is the identical-odd situation needed to reply to this....
    We have the xt912 and just got it back on refurb, for another one that had this identical problem. So we have had 3 of these,and two have had this same horrible issue.And it already is having these problems and we just got it not long ago....The hdmi/rotate-screen issue IDENTICAL to this....
    We have already had another Xt912 with the same exact issues,so no offense,this problem is getting very old.
    Could you please check my imei (it’s my sons phone) and possibly see if there is something you can do for us?  the phone is at the point to where it’s not safe for my son, as he needs to call us from his middle school sometimes, but it’s to the point to where this isn't even working anymore. The screen won’t turn and the dock message keeps coming up. I've tried 4+ hard resets, And these droids are getting very disheartening...   Especially with how much money we spend with you, versus some of our straight talk phones...

    I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your son's phone. I know you stated that you have reset his phone many times. Have tried running the device in Safe Mode? http://vz.to/JOEri7 are the steps to put it in Safe Mode. Safe Mode tells us if it is an application error or the device.

    Stick the disk in, reboot holding c.
    Disk Utility is a menu option about the 2 or 3rd screen in the installer. (don't install OS X!)
    Because your booted form the installer disk, you can repair the disk.
    Quit and exit the installer and reboot.
    If your drive is not repaired, make a note of all what it says, for Apple to use.
    Reboot and get your files off to a external drive,
    Take the note and your comptuer to Apple for a warranty/Apple care call, they will replace the drive.

    I have a very similar problem with my AE! My MacBook, MacBook Pro & iPod Touch (1st Generation) all get a GREAT signal from our AE. BUT, our iPod Touch (2nd Generation) and new iPad (WiFi) get terrible signal strength unless we're right next to the AE!! Tech support at Apple is of no help! I'm ready to sell them all! This all started when we got the last OS update for iPod Touch/iPhone/iPad. So it must be a software issue not a hardware one..
    Any ideas?
