I never get make work messages, facetime and iCloud with my Apple ID. why an how?

First all I'm sorry my English please.
I have a MacBook Pro 2009 with Mavericks updated.
I want to use Messages, iCloud, Facetime...but once I type my Apple Id (I use it without problems in appStore) Facetime and Messages stay for a long time trying to work but never connect so they don't work.
I really don't know what can I do to use these programs so could someone help me, please?
iCloud say : Account limit reached
Messages: don't say anything, just never complete once I press "Sign in" and keeps loading.
Facetime : Could not sign in. Please check your network connection and try again.
I never have seen iCloud, Messages and Facetime even iChat work because always happen this problem.

Hummm,
The inclusion of "iChat never worked" as well as the current version does point to other problems
This may be whether your Mac Firewall is On and is allowing these apps and their supports apps (IMAgent in Lion Onwards and iChat agent in iChat 5/Snow Leopard and earlier.
It could also be your Router and any ports it needs opening and whether it too has a firewall that also needs the ports opening.

They would be no different on a Mac.
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1507 Details the ports iChat 4 and earlier used.
These are reduced now. AIM logs in on port 443 (rather than 5190), port 5060 is not longer used.
A/V chats are on one port reducing the "group of 20" (16384-16403) to just 10 (16393-16402)
iChat would have been AIM, Jabber or in iChat 6 Yahoo as well and not iMessages
iMessages needs both port 443 than 5223 to Login (Jabber uses port 5223 as well and this maybe where your iChat attempts and the current ones cross over.

How come although iPads are getting more powerful, the iOS apps from apple are so mediocre and just not that great? We spend all this money for the latest ipad and all we get is these $5 video and music apps from apple. Why create the iOS platform and only offer so so apps like IMovie and GarageBand ? While other developers are offering much better apps like pinnacle studio for video, Cubasis and Auria for music production, apple has not showed much growth in terms of innovation. While there's nothing wrong with making an app like GarageBand where "anyone " can make a song, how about something for real musicians or an app not so basic as it get for video editing? After spending 0ver $700 on an ipad I'd be willing to spend more than $5 for a better video or audio app.

First, try a system reset although I can't give you any confidence. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.

There is no featured tab in my iTunes store. . . and everywhere it shows me signed in. I had downloaded an app for my mother on HER ipad, and that is the only app I have done for her. Ipad 3 not working on FaceTime and messages

Well, only recently whenever I open messages on my ipad 3 it opens a small window that requires my apple ID, when I enter it it take me to a new window that says so thing along the lines of "would you like people to reach you on messages thought this email?" When I select yes it takes me back to the slide in which I enter my Apple ID password, the exact same thing happens with FaceTime. I'm not sure what to do and couldn't find the same question, ipad 3 btw. When I try access them in setting it has the same login view.

Don't think is related to the problem, but you should update your iOS.
If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1.3. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.

I did buy it from someone in Jordan. So they might have got it from KSA, or UAE, or it even might be the same rules in Jordan. I don't think the imessage works even, every time someone sends me a message from their ipad it says "Not delivered". Maybe I am wrong?

Using the battery level meter in this manner is comparable to using your car's fuel gauge to calculate miles per gallon. The only thing that matters is the total amount of operating time from full charge to auto-shutdown.
Use the wall-mount charger that came with the iPad and charge overnight. Do NOT use an iPod/iPhone charger. Do NOT use a computer's USB port. Then, operate it normally until auto shut-down (ignore any low level alerts that may appear). An irony is that doing that test to determine the total operating time is also the procedure necessary to calibrate the battery level meter.
I'm not claiming that you do not have a problem. I am stating, however, that we don't yet know. If the above test does, in fact, indicate a problem, read this.
Also, according to Apple:
Use Your iPad Regularly
For proper reporting of the battery’s state of charge, be sure to go through at least one charge cycle per month (charging the battery to 100% and then completely running it down).
Elsewhere, Apple elaborates and explains that two half-discharges (or four quarter-discharges, etc.) equals one full discharge.

Go into your Users/Home/Library/Application Support/iWeb folder and see if there's a file titled Domain.sites. If there is double click on it and see if iWeb opens.
If there is no Domain file there do the following:
delete the iWeb preference files, com.apple.iWeb.plist and com.apple.iWeb.plist.lockfile, that resides in your Home() /Library/Preferences folder.
go to your Home()/Library/Caches/com.apple.iWeb folder and delete its contents.

I fully agree with BDAqua.
Don't do anything with this Mac until you have an external disk which you can boot your Mac from.
Not all USB disks are easy to boot from - FireWire is better
When you have a suitable empty external disk I advise:
Put install DVD into damaged Mac
partitioning external disk into 2 volumes
install OS onto one volume of external disk
Don't import anything during install process - it may reintroduce historic problems
Boot external disk
Use finder to copy critical data from Mac to volume of external disk with OS
Use Carbon Copy Cloner to clone the whole Mac hard disk to the other external volume
Boot into installer DVD and erase Mac's internal disk
Partition internal disk into 2 volumes and install OSs as required

Open the App Store app, go to the Featured pane, swipe to the bottom, tap the Apple ID and sign out. Tap again and sign in with the Apple ID of your choosing.
