I never recieved my seriel number but was still charged for iwork

I Purchased iwork on July 4th, and it was posted to my credit card account on July 6th. I had downloaded the free trial and wanted to upgrade. I called the number on my credit card, and they directed me here. I just need to use iwork, how can I get Apple to send me a serial number that I purchased a week ago?

    If that does not work, and you still want to try to have your money credited to you account, contact your financial institution. However, do not wait very long. Usually you will have 60 days from the time you received yor statement to dispute a transaction purchased using your ATM/VCK. Check with your financial institution for exact dispute details and time frames. I work at a financial institution, so I encounter this daily. Try to see if iTunes will resolve this for you first.
    I requested credit 2x from the iTunes store...the first time, they did not respond, and the second time, the only reason why they responded was because I sent a technical support email (I have lots of issues with iTunes) and after two emails (to tech support, they said they only handled billing. So, I responded and said I had billing issues also, and to not send me a non technical support email when they had already sent me two technical support emails. Consequently, I am disputing the charge for services paid for but never received.

    Yes, assuming they are currently on the computer.
    If the iPhone has been used as designed, contacts are either in a supported application on the computer or are synced to a cloud service.
    Pictures would be copied to the comptuer regularly and then those desired to be on the device would be synced back.

    I attempted to order pacquiao/mayweather months ago.  When it came time for the fight, no picture, no sound, nothing would load.  After numerous restarts, I attempted to call Comcast or speak to chat with an agent.  After an hour of nothing but busy signals on the phone and no one available to chat, my party decided to leave our apartment to view the fight elsewhere.  I returned home at midnight that night and there was still nothing being broadcasted.   I live chatted with an agent the next day who stated that I would not be charged.  And yet here we are 5 live chats, a couple phone calls and two months later and the charge sitll appears on my bill, because I was not able to get through on the phone the night of the fight.   I personally think it is nonsense that I am being charged for a fight I was not able to view.  I do not think it is unreasonable to want this charge taken off of my bill.  I am about to cancel my Comcast subscription if this is not resolved.

    I have the exact same situation as you mattiger18.  I cannot install Lion or I will disrupt programs that I run on Snow Leopard that are critical for my work.  Apple is not providing a solution for us.  Last time they migrated from Mobile Me to iCloud they lost months of emails and had emails bouncing to my accounts.  They destroyed 8 weeks of my business.  They have done it again.  They have already lost several months of my emails and they are bouncing my business email.  It's outrageous!
    I spent thousands of $ on my software and I have no intention of installing Lion or other OS iterations.  It is bad enough that Apple's service patches are crippling some of my applications.  My biggest regret was not altogether getting off of iCloud and setting up all my business email on other email servers like gmail, etc.  It is so outrageous what Apple is doing it is beyond words.  They are supremely greedy and totally uncaring for their customers.

    I bought my wife a new MacBook Pro, in setting it up for her, I took her Time Machine external drive to migrate onto the new machine but her old MBP not only was on 10.6, it was my old machine which I was still Administrator for.
    i plugged in the external drive to start the migration process after entering her name and username from the old machine which gave me the options on transferring the old data over.
    I also unchecked the Administrative end that had my info hoping that ONLY her data, files, etc., would be the ones sent over to her new machine which I wanted her to be the ONLY Administrator for. All went like clockwork until the restart.
    Normally the screen should show the username and only need the password but both entries were blank, as in ‘Other’ sign in option available only. I entered her name and password, nothing….used her username and password, nothing. Used my old Administrator name and password, NOTHING!
    I tried defaulting to factory settings from the Restore feature but it directs me to notify Apple. I tried in Terminal to change the password, nothing. I tried to boot from MY external drive and it doesn’t recognize it. I tried to even use my external drive which actually has the Mavericks upgrade, nothing!
    Basically I can only get the startup screen which isn’t accepting the username/password or the Restore feature which doesn’t offer any options helpful!
    Please, how do I start from scratch and start over here? Or simply change the Administrator name and password so I can proceed with everything thats already on there? I wish I could even boot from another drive but no luck on anything!

    First, on the old machine, make your wife's account an admin one. Log into it and delete yours. Then, update the TM backup. Finally, use Internet recovery mode, ⌘⌥R, erase the HD, and restore the OS. One first boot, follow the steps outlined in Pondini's Setup New Mac guide.

    Check to make sure that in iTunes Preferences that Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases is check or check in the iTunes Store under Purchased to see if it rests there.  If you still cannot locate them, the report the issue to the iTunes Store.

    sounds like a hardware issue with the battery
    1. you can try different chargers if you have any
    2. while plugged in, Hold the Home+Power at the same time for about 20 secs, if the apple comes up then release both buttons
    3.if that doesn't work you may have to go into Apple store
