You could simply ensure that only the numbers and addresses you wish to use on each device are checked at Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. However this isn’t an ideal solution because the other person can always change these settings from their device and have some fun with you and your contacts.
You’d be far better getting them to delete your account from their device and have them create one of their own. If you are sharing an ID for some other service such as iTunes, you can continue to do so, you only need change the ID for messages.

Since you have a Intel Mac, if you can upgrade to OSX 10.5.x then you may be able to use more current releases.

For some reason this worked for me. I went into my account and changed my first name, maybe it causes itunes to reset. What ever it does my itunes works now.

You need to adjust your security stuff/ permissions and possibly use compatibility modes. It means that your licensing service is being blocked/ shut down.

iCloud storage cannot be used to download content, because its not on your phone.
You need physical local storage on your Phone not iCloud to download content.
If your iPhone no longer has enough space, you will need to delete things off your iPhone to make room.

But, frankly, I don't think that simply reinstalling the old Safari will work because of all the peripheral, under the hood changes that happen when you upgrade from one version of Safari to another. Reinstalling 5.1.10 may be insufficient to turn back the clock. (This is the moment where a Time Machine or another form of full backup would save your bacon.)
While you're getting a copy of Safari 5.1.10, get a copy of Firefox (https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/desktop/), too, so that you have an alternate browser to use as you're sorting matters.

Never heard of that being caused by installing iTunes. Try asking on a Windows forum. This isn't a problem with iTunes or any other Apple product. If you believe it is, uninstall iTunes. If the problem persists, you'll have to seek advice on a Windows forum or contact Microsoft for support.

The McAfee Site Advisor add-on for Firefox is the only thing that would be disabled, everything else related to McAfee should work just fine. That add-on is blocklisted by Mozilla due to that Site Advisor extension being the #2 cause of crashing the Firefox 5.0 betas. McAfee was notified of the problem long before that extension was added to the blocklist. I was working on a project and I closed it after saving and closed photoshop. Then later when I came to make another adjustment to my PSD I opened the file and it said "Could not complete your request because it is not a valid Photoshop document." How can I fix this? Okay, I just talked to the person that originated the document.
When this usually happens to me, it's because I've done something stupid like saved a .jpeg as a .psd. So that's what I tried. I tried a few other extensions as well, so I thought that it was not an extension problem. Well, the originator told me it had originally been a TIFF, which was the ONE FILE EXTENSION I DIDN'T TRY. :\
Anyway, that fixed it. Usually this error indicates either a corrupt file or the wrong extension, just in case anyone ever digs this convo up later.
