I now have a second iphone and I would like to sync it to my existing icloud account.  Same everything on both devices. Possible and how?

My existing account has iOS6 and the new one is still not updated...

Go to Settings>iCloud and set up the same iCloud account using the same ID and password on your second phone as on your first.  Then turn syncing for your data (contacts, calendars, etc.) to On, and when prompted, choose Merge.  If you haven't activated the second phone you specify the iCloud account during the setup process; just use the same iCoud account name and password.
