I often recieve emails with a lot of spaces between words in sentences

These problem letters mostly come from two friends

If I use html and text format as filling out (don't know the english word) when I send an email, It will look like it have lot of spaces for the receiver.
Maybe your friends has this pre-set.

Find space between word with different endings and digit

Hi,
I'm trying to figure out how to find spaces between word and digit.
I am limited to use only word 'WORD' (either capital or small caps) with different endings like -ing -s -y and more (using \S+).
I wrote something like (?i)(?<=WORD\S+)\s(?=\d+) but this does not seem to work due to some limitation of lookahead I belive?
Any suggestions?

And you don't need the second ()
And please do not use \S
Use this instead:
(\<WORD\l*)\s(?=\d)
(l is the little L)

i need to write in pages with double spaces between words not between lines ..
how can i do it and make it default ?
for now, just write and click space bar twice ..!!!

Do you really need to do this? It is so ugly and illegible.
You can use a monospace font or use the auto-complete in Menu > Pages > Preferences to auto-substitute 2 spaces for each one.

I can't speak about this occurring with FaceBook since I don't use FaceBook, but I see the same type of thing when I copy and pasted from websites. It doesn't always happen and I cannot find any particular set of circumstances under which it occurs or does not occur.
I am merely responding to let you know that it happens to me as well and I have seen no way to correct it. I'm not so sure that there is a way to correct in in that it may have something to do with how the original text is formatted in the PDF or on the website and how it eventually "fits" into the text field or the area in which it is pasted.

i can't recieve instructions to reset my security qestions. but other emails i revieve with no problems. for example:
if i open icloud.com and log in - i recieve an email.
if change name\password and other stuff - also got email.
but email with instructions does not arrive.

IView with a lot of space at the bottom

We have developed a component with JSPDynpage, the jsp file contains only html and the css reference:

The problem is that when we create an iView based on this component at the bottom of the iView the portal adds a lot of space, we have tried to change the heigth to fixed but didn't work.
Anybody knows how adjust the border of the iView to the html.

Change the Isolation property of the iview to url and try to give height as fixed.
You can adjust the height of iview by adjustHeight method.
adjustHeight(document.getElementById(<id of ur iview>),<heightyouneeded>).May be this function has to be invoked from separate iview.

Are emails with the same subject shared between recipients?

I had the same subject for a variety of emails and they all show in the same tab. Can they all see eachothers messages?! If they can how do I fix it so they can't?

Only people who are explicitly included in the recipients list get the emails.
Your email program is grouping the emails together for your convenience since it assumes emails with the same subject are part of the same conversation.
Just because emails appear together on your screens does not mean other people not included in the emails sees them too.

Emails printed from FIREFOX have spaces between letters

Same email printed from INTERNET EXPLORER prints fine
A document in WORD prints fine
Has been working fine for weeks; just today, received an email, printed it (on FIREFOX) and got spaces between letters - spread out (UNREADABLE)
Tried a few other emails, same thing happened
An older email I had printed previously, that had printed fine, I printed again today: and it printed with spaces between letters.
I've reset settings - problem still occurs

That is caused by a Bug in Firefox 4.0b12. It was fixed in Monday's Minefield nightly 4.0b13pre development version. The fix will be in the Firefox 4.0 Release Candidate.

I'm frequently recieving Emails with PDF attachments on my iphone as Numbers instead of PDF attachment

hopeing someone has a solution,
I recieve some important PDF files around 4-5 times a day but recently, half of them are coming through as an e-mail packed with numbers instead of a blank e-mail with a PDF attachement.
any idea whats happening here?

If it's a one page PDF then they will tend to show in the body of the body of the email on an iPad. You should still be able to do copy the PDF to another app by pressing and holding the PDF and after a second or two you should get a popup

RWRUN60: Problem with parameter value containing space between single quote

I'm using RWRUN60 to generate my report by following way:

When I tried to run given command above nothing was executed executed and any log didnt created.
I found out that problem occurs when text between two single quotes contains spaces. In my case it is a parameter P_WHERE. I need to keep such format because it is part of report query.
When I removed last parameter from command RWRUN60 successfully genereate pdf document.
Further I added new test parameter P_TEST(it is ignored by rdf) in the end of command line following:
P_TEST="test '11'" - rwrun60 generates report
P_TEST="test '1 1'" - rwrun60 doesn't; generate report
Can somebody help how to resolve given problem. Is it parsing bug or what else?

Spaces on command lines a very often a bad idea. Get rid of them by changing the command, e.g.:
to_date('2011-07-14:10-37-00','YYYY-MM-DD:HH24-MI-SS')

Problem with possible conflicting color spaces between BG image and blend color

Occasionally I will get a PDF file from an outside source. The usual routine is to run it thru Preflight using Acrobat 8 Professional.
I run it thru "digital printing black and white" and "compatibility with Acrobat 5" because I use Quart 6.5 as a layout program and cannot go any higher with compatibility.
I have a grayscale image on the PDF that gets a lighter box area on the file where the image touches another element. I think it may have something to do with transparency, but not really sure. It seems the element touching it may be in front of the problem photo, and if the element is not a straight line, that is when the light spot on the image below obviously shows.
Anyone know how to deal with this issue?

Yes, it's off between 5 and 10. I have been adjusting by trial and error as I didn't think about the DigitalColor Meter. Used to use some hack like that back in Mac OS 8 or so, don't think I've ever used it in OS X. Lurn something new every day or two.
Still got some fringes on the overlay edges and in general it's not acceptable. If it didn't happen in DVDSP 2 then it's definitely a bug. Oh, well, I'll dazzle 'em with my footwork.

Exchange 2013 External Incoming Emails With Large Attachments Disappearing No NDR

I have a problem I am running Exchange 2013 recently upgraded to service pack one hoping to fix the problem no luck changed the ConnectionTimeouts on the recieve connectors no luck, diasabled certain commands chunking and BinaryMime no luck I can recieve
large attachements internally and send to external users but no user is able to recieve emails with attachments bigger than 1 MB all formats doc,xlsx,pdf etc and there is no NDR the attachment is either stripped or the email disappears into thin air literary.
I am about to lose my mind over this. This started a month ago howcan I test at what point between the sender and myself the emails are being filtered all other emails come through as long as the attachments are less than 1 MB.

Hi, thanks for the answer, I did that already. Unfortunatly this doesn't help me at all, as I often forget to check the menu. For me composing the message is writing the text, the subject, the person to who is addressed and than press "send".
I often forget to check the "from", and this is a problem because the software select itself one of the accounts.
Isn't there a way at least to put as a default a blank field instead of one of the accounts? or an account which doesn't work so if I forget to specify the "from" I will be rnotofied that the message can't be sent.
I guess this could be a rather common problem for many people!
