I only can see a part of the slide on my kenote, pages and numbers app's

Question

For no reason I just can't see all the slide or page in any of my i work's application. I can onli visualize the lower part of the page/slide  as if it were zoomed, but I can't travel all around in the page. Niether if I zoom out, or I pur the real size function wors; if I put fit to screen it would fit only the part I can see but the rest is istill missing. It is happening either with new or old presentations, but in other computers, the old presentations seem ok. So it is something on my computer I' despered!!!

I don't have an AOL account, but I belive it uses IMAP for email.  With IMAP accounts you can only specify the Sync Timeframe when adding the account.  If you know it's an IMAP account, to change the sync timeframe, you'll have to delete the account then re-add it, *** When on the add account screen that shows an emaill address field only, tap "Advanced" at the bottom, choose IMAP.  Fill in your credentials, etc. , then scroll to he very bottom of the screen and select your desired "Initial Retrieval Amount".  This determines how far back your emails are synced, and also how long they are retained.  Depending on which OS version you are running, your selection could be up to 30 days, 90 days or "Forever".
