Tks heaps for that, had a look at Store and ITunes sections, not overly helpful unless I am missing something.
My issue is that on my computer she would update her iPhone with Software updates via iTunes.
I have gone and deleted her backups that were still sitting on there.
If I want to update my Apps on my iPhone when due her Apple ID and password request will come up as an option to use that account if I knew the password and it's synced from my Computer even though she has been gone 7 months now. Is it a syncing issue or is her Apple ID stored in my iTunes backups somehow and keeps coming back? Do I need to de-authorize her account from my Computer?

I have over and over tried to accommodate the update flash message that pops up when trying to view videos, the closest I have gotten is enable in chrome but at that repository adobe isnt there, dont know what to do next, have tried many work throughs and none work, does any body have something? iDvd is not a general burn utility. However, there's a very good chance (whatever that file is) that Toast will burn it to Dvd-R. And if not (which is unlikely) then do as suggested already and use Mpegstream Clip. It's 100% free! However Mpeg 2 playback component may run you a few bucks (if needed).
Or the alternative is to invest hundreds of dollars in Apple software and use apps like FCP and DVDSP (or FCS) along with QT Pro. Nine times out of ten this combination tends to work well ... but it ain't cheap (not to mention a rather steep learning curve).

I've been having the same issue! I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling ADE but that hasn't helped; I've even created a new Adobe ID and that was also a fruitless venture. I haven't yet tried to unauothorize my device, but I am hesitant to do so as it seems that others have tried and have not succeeded. I keep getting an invalid address when trying to purchase songs on itune. All the information entered is correct. I have tried on my iPhone, iPad, iTouch and on itunes.

THE FIX: your credit card address AND spelling of your name must match iTunes.
Please don't google or read other blog entries on the Internet telling you to use a restaurant address or those that are telling you apple is doing address validation. They are all written by 17 year olds who pick up the first thing and re-post. Why do people try to "help" by authoritatively posting an answer? The mass of them are ruining my google searches. :-)
Apple is now validating whatever ASCII that you told your credit card company. It's not just address validation.
Name AND address must match.
Then it worked for me.

OMG, I totally did not see the edit button at the top right corner of the Albums window/page.
Selecting that, then selecting the album BIKE brought up the RED button to the left of the album and ta-da, delete.
Sometimes I seek so hard I do not see.

Keep getting 5002 Error when trying to Sign In

I created a new @me.com address today for a seperate Apple ID account. I am needing to sign into the iTunes Store, but I keep getting a response that says:
"We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (5002)."
Any ideas as to what's going on here?

Thank you for your response Carolyn; however, that article does not fix my problem. I am getting this error when trying to sign into the iTunes Store on my Mac.
I get the same problem when signing into the Store on the iPad or iPhone. I simply can't log in, but when I go to iCloud.com or the Apple ID login on Apple.com, it works.

Try restoring the backup again. Your apps and other purchased media should have been restored from your backup if they were on your old phone when you backed it up.

Loaded the newest IOS and I get error message when trying to load I messaging and Facetime.

I have an Ipad mini 2 and I downloaded the software update IOS 8.1.3. Now when I try to use facetime and I-messaging it gives me an error message : (An error occurred during activation. Try again.)
I have tried turning the applications on and off, I have turned off the I pad and restarted it. I made sure I was on the Wi-Fi. I even made sure the date and time zone were correct. None of these things have made any difference.
Does anyone have a fix for this problem. Is there a way to reload the last IOS update? Any help would be appreciated.
