I only have 16bit windows vista on my laptop. Can I use my iPad to download songs from iTunes Store and sync to my new iPod Nano?
I have a 16bit vista laptop which is unreliable and I do not wish to use it to transfer songs to my new iPod Nano. Can I sync downloads from my Apple iPad instead?
You need to contact Apple to get the questions reset. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team, or fill out and submit this form.
Whichever method you use, you probably won't get a response until the 26th. If you absolutely must make a purchase before then, create a new Apple ID; you won't be able to transfer previous purchases or iTunes Store credit to it.

I bought a song from the itunes store and downloaded it and it said download was complete but when i go to play the song it will only play the first 14seconds of it then it cuts off. what should I do to retrieve the rest of the song?

Downloading songs from itunes store on a Windows Vista PC
Hello All I have a problem. I bought a new laptop about 3-4 weeks ago. It has Vista installed on it. I didnt have any problem installing or using itunes. My problem is i cant download songs that i have bought from the itunes store. I keep getting a "network Connection Timed Out" Error. I have a good internet connection and everything is good. I have installed the newest version of the itunes software and i still get the same error. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

You don't download it from the iTunes app. Read:

If you have an iPad 2 or the new iPad it will be updated to iOS 6. -

Am i the only one with this issue?
when you play the CD in your laptop on your home screen a Cd should pop up under the name of the album. Than when you open itunes it will probly say something like "let this CD download" or something like that. If it doesn't than automaticlly while the CD is importing to your itunes a page will pop up with a progess of the CD download.

I have a windows 8 computer. I can't connect my Ipad to Itunes wirelessly when my computer is a wired connection. I have to disconnect my ethernet cable from the computer and connect as a wifi connection.Then the Ipad shows up in Itunes.Any sugestions?

Are the ones from the CD's on iTunes? You may just have to sync them over to the phone.

What is the detail format of the non-syncing songs?

Unless you have an Internet connection you cannot access iCloud. You can download your music from iCloud to store permanently on your iPhone, but only when you have an Internet connection to do so.

You can transfer iTunes purchases from your iPod to a computer by:
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer
If the purchased music is not on your computer or iPod and you are in the USA and have iTunes 10.3 you may be able redownload them via the iCloud Beta by:

If not in the USA you can contact the iTunes people and they MAY allow a redownload. -
I have an iPhone and recently bought an iPod 4 touch what l am using the same apple ID for. The iPod won't let me download songs from iTunes it is asking me security questions which I don't think I have put answers to in the first place, because of this it won't let me buy any songs on iTunes
It's probably asking you to verify the security code found on the back of your credit card.

I have just bought four songs from iTunes store using my iMac. I can play the music on my iMac and throughout my Apple TV. However after several restarts and double checks I can't get the four tunes to sync with either my iPhone or my iPad. All the software is up to date.
do you use the same Apple ID on your iMac, your iPhone and iPad? This is a requirement.
