Into the USB slot. The program asked for permission to run and i clicked yes. It download almost all the way and became stuck while installing the console, went from zero to 27% and stopped. I tryed it 8 times with the same thing happening. I went to the site and downloaded the software from there and the same thing happened. What am i doing wrong? Also when i inserted the unit in the USB slot and clicked on the speaker icon and pulled up the sound information, i see that the X-Fi mic is installed and working but i don't see the X-fi sound card? I checked every where! Also i tryed playing music in one of the music rooms and they said no sound, no sound! Is it just that this will not work with a Sony Vaio? Or am i doing something wrong? I am running vista 64 bit, 4 gig's of memory and daul core?processor and my Laptop is only months old. The laptop sound card is Reltek High Deff Audio. iPads only support iMessage. You cannot send SMS with any of the native iOS functionality on it. There may be some apps in the app store that will, and certainly several messaging platforms (but read the descriptions carefully).

Currently have access to a friends computer with CS3 installed.I am going to buy a desktop with Windows 8 and I also have a laptop with Windows 7. I have lost my harddrive which contains a vast amount of music I've been collecting for many years. I just purchased a new Mac, but I've reached my activation limit. And I only have access to 2 of the 5 activated computers. My old music can still be played on my iPod, but I need to set up another account on my new Mac. What will happen to my music if I were to deactivate all of activated computers?
Authorization determines to which computers material requiring authorization can be transferrred using the itunes interface. If you want to re-download past purchases then a computer need to be authorized.
As for transferring music from the iPod, your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not a backup device and media transfer is designed with you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself properly backed up against loss. Syncing is one way, computer to device, updating the device content to the content on the computer, not updating or restoring content on a computer. The exception is purchased content.

I see different photos in My Photo Stream on each of my devices.
Your device will keep up to 1000 photos, even if they are older than 30 days. Photos older than 30 days are removed from the iCloud server, so all devices may not have the same photos, depending on when you enabled My Photo Stream.
You may want to sync the older photos through iTunes to get them on your new iPad mini.

Yes, it's icloud's storage you will be expanding. All devices logged into an account will be able to use that storage.

After I tried to update my Ipad mini to the newest update, it kept saying hello on my lock screen in different languages and then when I slide the screen across, it says connected to itunes but it's not doing anything!! FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...

1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY. -

I have been having trouble connecting to my wifi on my ipad mini but my iPod is just fine......it will connect and then say "Unable to connect to network" I've tried resetting my ipad mini and turning off my router for 30 seconds and its not working.
What TC do you have? Model number direct from the base is a big help, it will be A1 followed by 3 numbers.. eg
A1409 Gen 4.. The new AC is A1470
