I only see trial versions of the software that I want to donwload from my adobe cloud

I hope that anybody can help me,
I have log on on my adobe cloud account and when I go to download the applications that I need (Photoshop, illustrator) I only see trial versions not the full product, can anybody tell me how can I download the full product?

I subscribed to the student edition of CC yesterday, but still can only install Trial Versions via the Creative Cloud Applet. Is that normal?

Is it usual to take some time? I wouldnt think so. But who knows. If I click activate in the application, the software asks for a serial which i didn't get.
What can I do? Or ca I just wait?

A bit confused about adobe ACE certifications.
right, i was looking at using some of the revision notes from ucertify, and was a little baffled you see, in the notes theres is only 200 and something questions on the photoshop cs5 exam and when i looked on the photoshop cs4 exam prep there was like 600 and something?? most of these companies say that there prep kits feature 95% of the material required to pass the exam so looking at this it would be easier to pass the cs5 exam than the cs4 exam?
as i've never taken one of these exams before so this makes me think that the exams are only based on new features with the version of the software not a complete overview of the software.
is this right? or do they just not put it in the prep material as they expect you to have learnt it all from the previous exams?

just seems odd why they say 95% of the material is in the prep stuff seems too easy.
i'd have thought that since the cs4 exam had that many more questions that the cs5 exam would have even more prep material but obviously not so.

If you use Photoshop at all, you may need to install the latest update to resolve this issue. See this blog post for more information:

If you do not have Photoshop, then try the solution that others have mentioned previously:
Open the Adobe Application Manager (AAM).
If applicable, let AAM complete any automatic updates and restart itself.

Open a CS6 application (e.g. InDesign CC).
If prompted (e.g. you get the trial screen), click "License This Software" and sign in with your Adobe ID.

Trial version of a product can only use once , once the trial expired it is not possible to access on the same computer.
You may try to install on a different computer.

I'm (nearly) fed up of trying and trying to download the TRIAL version of the Premier Pro app and it's been impossible so far.

If your phone isn't being recognized by your computer, you need to follow the steps in this article to resolve that
Also, some basic isolation needs to be done. Does it show up in itunes on any other computers? do you have other cords you can test with to see if it might be the cord? if the phone doesn't show up on any computers, it's likely your phone has a hardware issue

If you have purchased directly from Adobe (online/over the phone), please provide the order number & you can also confirm from your bank if the transaction has been completed or not.
Please mention the product name if purchased from any other sources.Then the serial number issue can be resolved.
As you have mentioned that " Can only download trial versions of apps", I assume it is the trial of Creative cloud, if that is the case then serial number is not required.
Since you have the trial downlaod available so it might be that the creative cloud subscription is not yet active(if it is creative cloud subscription).
You can privately message me the details also.
