I ordered a back order iPhone 6 64gb on around 10/07. I was told I would get it in 2 weeks. Then the ship date changed to 11/3. It's 11/11 and I have yet to get any emails whether the phone will be shipped or not.

So I checked the order status again today and it still shows that it's being processed but the shipping date is still 11/3. A week later and it still hasn't been shipped. Is there someone who can help me so I have an idea when it will be shipped, if ever? I ordered a gold iPhone 6 64gb. I thought I was going to get it in 2 weeks but instead it's been over a month. I signed up for a 2-year Gamers Club Unlocked membership on 7/10/2014 and have yet to receive any emails regarding the welcome packet which would contain special offer coupons upon sigining up for the service. The same day at the same store I signed up for Unlocked at I also pre-ordered 4 Xbox One games (Destiny, Farcry 4, Arkham Knight, and Evolve) and 1 PC game (GTA V). Most all of these games offer pre-order bonuses such as DLC add-on's, beta access, etc. that I would like to have since I did pre-order them.
I have yet to also receive my Destiny Beta code so is it possible my primary email was being blocked from being sent these codes/promotions? I had to change my unboxed primary email address just so that I could get the verification url email to be able to even post on this message board and ask for help. You will need to have the serial number to activate the products. Please have then handy & also check the compatibility of the operating systems.

Told I would get 17mb when I moved and only get 14...

I was told I would get 17mb speed when I rang up BT about moving home into a different village (my mother gets 18mb so I figured that would be fine since she lives less than 5 minutes walk from my new House) so I get my new line installed ... 14mb since the 6th of august so I rang BT because in the email I got it says ring if you don't get the speed we quoted you. After 30 minutes of speed tests and telling me to move my router away from everything else it will be okay. It's not because I login to my router and my downstream is still 14mb not the mention my router is in a room on its own with a phone that is it its not anything to do with interference as I'm told. My problem is I was told 17mb and I get £14 for £30 a month.
What can I do about this ?

It sounds like your device might be in Activation Lock. Is it asking your to enter in an Apple ID & password, but only showing you the first letter of the email address and then some dots? Example: j•••••@icloud.com?
If so, do you recognize that email? Do you have an Apple ID that fits the same format? If so, then go to www.cloud.com, log in with that Apple ID & password, and see if under Find My iPhone it shows this device. If so, turn off the device, then remove the device from the list.

You should be syncing your contacts with an app on your computer or cloud service (iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo, etc), and not relying on a backup. If you haven't been doing this, start now and then restore your old backup. You will then be able to sync the new contacts back into the phone. However, you will lose all messages, etc newer thant the backup.

First check that all your settings are correct, that contact syncing is checked on all devices (system preferences > iCloud on a mac and settings > iCloud on a iPhone, iPad or iPod).
Make sure the contacts you are adding are added to your 'iCloud' group and not an 'On My Mac', 'On My Phone' or other non iCloud group (you can do this by checking in groups), non iCloud contacts will not sync.
If you are sure that everything is set up correctly and your contacts are in the iCloud group, you might try unchecking contact syncing in the iCloud settings, restarting your device and then re-enabling contact syncing.

I also tried it on my laptop (windows 8.1) and none of the above worked. My error code on my laptop was 02. The phone is through Verizon and it has absolutely no damage. It was working fine up until this and I have been trying to fix it for 2 days. Please help! I am unsure of what version the phone was currently running on before this because I have another iphone that's my primary phone and have not used this one in about a month. I do not believe it was updated to IOS 7.

Your iPhone is in recoverty mode at the moment so to possibly get it back up and running you would need to do a restore as you have been trying. Follow the steps in the article below for the specific error messages you have been receiving. If after following all steps the issue remains book an appointment at a local Apple Retail Store to have the iPhone evaluated.
