i ordered iphone 4s and it was supposed to be delivered on dec5 but there was a bank issue and solved today :s unfortunately it's written delivered on 20 dec-28dec i am so worried .. is it just a computer issue?! p.s. it's ready for shipment.

We are not Apple. We are users. Contact Apple for questions about your order. There should be a link in the e-mail confirmation you received for your original order.
If there was a problem with payment, you probably got moved to the back of the line. I would guess the stated delivery range is accurate.

I do not really know much about this kind of problem, but i may be your internet connection.
If you are on your own #G network then:
Go to Settings > then enable "Airplane Mode". Count to 10 and then disable it.
Then wait patiently until you get a good connection and then try again.
If you are on a nearby Wi-Fi connection then:
Go to Settings > Wi-Fi > then disable then enable after counting to 10. Make sure that you are connected and then try again.
If all else fails, then you need to contact your provider for assistance.

Try resetting it: hold the on/off and home buttons 10-20 seconds until you see the Apple logo (ignoring the off slider that appears first), then release. If it won't reset you may need to put it in recovery mode and restore it as described here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808.

Try a hard reset:
Hold the home button and the sleep/wake button down at the same time. The phone will turn off and then the apple logo will appear. As soon as you see the apple logo release both buttons.
If the issue remains check the headphone jack to see if the water indicator has been set off. if it has you will see a red/orange spot inside your headphone jack and would mean you have water damage and would need the phone to be replaced.
Last option would be to back up your phone and restore to factory settings to determine a software or hardware issue.

Hopefully you had it backed up on icloud on or your computer. Try doing a restore by putting your phone in recovery mode then restoring your back up.
