I ordered my iphone 5s on Wednesday. The order tracker says it is still being processed. The shipping was overnight shipping. When should it be here?

Download and installation are two separate steps. The Adobe Flash '''installation''' procedure requires that Firefox be closed before installing Flash.

Ok, so I finally got help on this issue. Basically, I had tried to edit my credit card information, and it secretly locked my account. After finally getting a hold of a representative through the chat service on the support site, I was able to get this fixed. I had been previously helped by someone through e-mail, but that was a complete waste of time. Go for the chat service, it's a million times better. They were able to release the secret block on my account...from trying to change my own information so that I could change it and be on my way. Anyway, I hope this helps.

On my Mac I cannot download itunes 10.5. IT is telling me that it is already up to date on this computer. When I download 10.5 it doesn't read my iphone and it still says its 10.3. It will not update my iphone until it is 10.5. What can I do?

The problem could be that you don't have enough storage on the device itself, not on iCloud. Go to Settings>General>Usage to see how much "Storage" you have available on the device. Farther down the list is the available storage on iCloud.
Also check:
Go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backups>Manage Storage; there, tap the device you need info on and the resulting screen lists Backup Options with which apps store data on iCloud as well. Tap Show All Apps to get the complete list of apps and MB used for backup storage.
A device needs many MB of storage in order to perform a backup to iCloud.

Havent Recieved my iphone 6 plus yet. My expected date was the 31st of October and yet it still isnt here. When should it come?

Sandy, We are ALL aware of how to check our status and that updates "should be emailed to the email provided". Don't you think IF there were updates on our status and emails with useful information we wouldn't all be asking about updates??? We ordered our phones on 10/19/14 with an expected ship date of 11/14/14. My order status hasn't changed since the day we ordered and NO email updates have been received (and yes, I've check my junk folder). If we could just have up to date information, it would help. I know Verizon is at the mercy of Apple's production of the iPhone 6 and 6 plus, but not giving your customers (and NEW customers such as my husband and I (we can't even create an account because we don't have a Verizon phone number yet) up to date information is more than a little frustrating. Every reply to these threads from a Verizon rep says the SAME thing...they give a link to the order status and tell us to watch our email. Background: I recently (December) bought an ipad and set up icloud for contacts and calendar, but NOT mail. My email provider is Verizon. I use computer, iphone, and ipad to check my email; eventually I download it from the server using Outlook on the computer and then delete any remaining emails from the phone and ipad. I can't find info on this problem anywhere.

It sounds like your iPad all of a sudden seems to be restarting out of no where. If you haven't called AppleCare yet, I would start with quitting either the app that seems to be causing the issue, or all the apps if a single doesn't seem to be the culprit.
iOS: Force an app to close
Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that restart the device and test the issue again:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
If the issue persists, backup your device to iTunes, then restore it as new and verify that it works.
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups
If it does, then restore your backup to either verify it still works and the software just needed reinstalled, or isolate the issue to the backup file itself.
